Only my second time at this place the name has changed but the same owner. Very nice atmosphere. Quiet and comfortable setting. Very satisfied with the service. Not over priced.

Dissapointed. Came in with a family member and had requested no chip mani/pedi.
Place had one or two other customers, otherwise it was empty.
I tried to initiate friendly conversation but they replied with a nod or one-word answers and just conversed among themselves.
The process seemed rushed. So much so, that even after mentioning no-chip twice, they used cheap nail polish, and just kept piling the layers on top of eachother. Gave no time for drying in between. Didn't use no-chip, and my nails had crazy inconsistencies. Took the entire day to "dry", and by the time they were dry, they looked terrible enough that I just took them off. The lady even seemed to notice they looked rough but didnt do anything to correct it. Why would I spend $55 on drug store brand nail polish and a job I could have done much better myself?

First time doing dip nails, my pedicure tech suggested it, which I greatly appreciate. My nails looked great for a wedding and I got many compliments!!

I asked for an express pedicure and they gave me a full and charged me for a full. I had been there several times before and they knew me. I have not been back since, horrible customer service. They just do what they want!Service: Pedicure

Professional and clean. When I get a no chip from Vogue, it last over 2 weeks. They have a lot of color options for no chips and regular manicures. The prices for mani or pedi is pretty competitive and comparable to other nail salons. The place has modern decor and the nail techs are nice but not very talkative. They definitely keep it professional. I have done walk in appointments with them but sometimes they don't have any spots opening so I have to do an appointment for a later time. It's better just to call and see if they have any same day appointments.

I've been trying to find my nail salon and came across this place. I don't think I ever had high hopes for this place but I was quite disappointed. They did a refill on my no chip nail. When they took off my original no chip, they had a hard time taking it off - they didn't use the small machine thingy but manually filed it and used some sort of chemical to take it off and it took 8-10 times more time than my previous guy from somewhere else. They found a green nail syndrome on one of my nail but did nothing (they were supposed to at least file and buff off the green thing) so it became worse over the next week. The coloring was done horribly - it was just plain bad. I paid $35+tip. Yes it's cheaper than other places and they were very nice but I wouldn't go back. I'm just going back to the other place that I thought was pretty good.

I had a no chip done. Didn’t even last two weeks. The polish started coming off at the nail beds and the tops of my nails were splitting and breaking. Typically this never happens. Especially at the two week mark. They said they don’t guarantee anything after two weeks. I knew it was a crummy job right from the get-go, and they didn’t follow the normal procedures that my other salon follows. I would not have a no chip done here.Service: Manicure

I was not impressed. While it’s very clean and a nice atmosphere, that’s about it. It’s very difficult to understand and comm. I asked for an extra 10 mins. They tried to tell me they did it however I looked at my watch when I started and when they stopped. My friend did a no hip and they didn’t put her under the light. They don’t do gel nails. I don’t recommend unless you just want the very basic in a nice environment.Service: Pedicure

Horrible service. Did a very rush job on myPedicure - done in about 20-25 min- there is nothing “deluxe” about that pedicure. The nail tech didn’t take time to even cut my cuticles and then put a burning hot towel on my foot, didn’t check the temperature with me, and walked away. Half of my toes were visibly red after that. Walked away to service two other clients who had appts only half hour after mine and my significant others started (both pedicures)

They made it clear they didn’t want my business because they apparently don’t offer the services I asked for. Seriously? I just wanted a polish change ?To top it off they don’t accept walk ins which I understand due to Covid. However, there was one customer in there, no one waiting, and two ladies hanging out ?Guess I dodged a bullet though based on the 3.7 stars ??♀️

i broke my nail within a week of getting them done at this place and i came back less than an hour before closing time to get it fixed. they didn’t even charge me anything to get it fixed. such a great place with great employees!
