This place is a scam, at least as an online retailer. I placed a fifty-dollar order and never received any kind of confirmation from the store. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited three weeks (they say they ship non-custom orders in 5-10 days). In that time, I received no shipping notification and STILL have not received my items. I opened a claim through PayPal but have yet to get any of my money back. DON'T SHOP HERE.

Best customer service! I cannot wait to shop here again. This was an online order, new vendor for me. I placed my order, great prices. One item out of stock and I received a phone call. On the actual phone. Really. It was followed by an email. My items shipped the same day and I had them the next day (same state, different city). Items were great. Thanks for the great service!

I read some reviews and had a similar experience - I was hesitant to order from a brand new vendor as well! Not only was I able to contact customer service almost instantly to figure out the best shipping option for our party, but the products arrived wayyyyy quicker than either of us estimated. Very well priced alternative to big box stores/websites!

I ordered a package of 12 assorted colors of bandanas for 12.99 before tax, free shipping. I use them for my Lifesize wooden cowboy cutout by the road. The colors,size and price are great. Rural King only has 2 colors in stock and they cost twice as much. My cowboy's ready for any holiday even a pink one for cancer awareness.

I was initially hesitant to order from a new vendor online bur they blew my mind. Not only do they have great pricing but it came lightning speed. I was expecting for ground deliver 10 days but it came in 2 days that I placed my order. They won me over and I was willing to pay the $9 delivery since they price was much better even with the shipping added. I need a specific color of leis for a theme so was limited on places to get it.

Placed an order for party supplies and received an email confirming the order. I didn’t not receive an update that the order was shipped, so I called 8 days later to ask about the shipping status. The order was not found using my phone number, so I provided the order number. I was told the order was cancelled because my address did not match my credit card address. (Both have been the same for over 3 years). Of all of the times I have used my card this has never happened, so the company has an issue with processing orders. Next, I was told that they tried to call me to resolve. This is obviously a lie as I did not receive any calls, and they didn’t have my number associated with the order as they previously stated when trying to pull it up. I highly recommend NOT using this company.

I ordered a 24 count of Oscar trophies. When I opened the box, there was one trophy, only one. Granted, I should have checked the box when I got the package. That's my fault. But I assumed the order was in the box. When I opened the box at the event and realized my plans for the trophies were not going to happen, I was pretty frustrated. Everything else in the order was fine. ADVISE - CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN IT ARRIVES.

I have ordered from this company before no issues. this time I ordered I had to get something quickly for grandson birthday party. I didn't even sign into my account and I ordered two things for goodie bags. Items came in 3 days early and they sent me thank you gift. Which was such nice surprise and able to put that in goodie bags also.Last time I spend hundreds and got free gift this time less then 20 They were still sent me gift

This company does not deserve business after how they treat their customers. I ordered tambourines for my wedding which were advertised to be the color white. Those of you who have planned a wedding know how important little details like colors are. I received the tambourines and they are clearly a purple-ish off white color instead of plain white. I called and spoke to a representative and they said that I can send it back for a full refund but that they are an "outbound service" only and can not send me a pre paid shipping label. I see down below another from three days ago, where a reviewer was upset by the website's misrepresentation of an item they received, and the owner or whomever replied back said they would be happy to pay to have them send it back and provide a full refund. First of all, why do they only offer certain customers prepaid shipping and not others? And to make matters worse, the person named Greg argued with me over email correspondence that "it is in fact white" and that it "may just be a reflection from light shining on the silver and glitter" or some load of BS like this. I am extremely upset and would definitely NOT recommend using this company as a vendor for event/party supplies. They will argue their point just to keep their little bit of money they don't want to spend on shipping a misrepresented item back. Final point, their items are CHEAP TRASH. Buy elsewhere, make your own, do anything but buy from Windy City Novelties!!!

We ordered two Trex light up swords for a fraction of the price Jurassic Quest was selling them.They arrived in 4 days and my kids are loving them.Definitely recommend.
