“I have avoided this store for a long time because it used to be such a disorganized mess. But I went in for an Amazon return and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was tidy, the employees were pleasant and merchandise was organized and easy to find. Julia in the Sephora section was especially helpful. My only problem was that there was only a limited selection of clothes in my size. Overall, a positive experience!”
“Last Christmas, I visited Lane Bryant store at Hawthorn mall. I never had such better service . I could never properly fit myself for bra! The sales person Ava A. found the perfect bra and actually found my correct size! I was accurately measured and now I have the perfect bras! She took the time to explain the correct fitting process! “This is a women’s boutique located in a lowkey non-descript strip mall. It used to be called Priceless, but had to change its name as that other name was being used by another women’s boutique. So, The Clothes Store. And it doesn’t do it justice. It’s a cute place jam packed with trendy clothing, jewelry, accessories, home goods, and kitschy items.
My wife loves The Clothes Store and I have found many a great gift for her there. The owners are extremely friendly and know my wife and are helpful in finding the perfect gifts for me be them clothing, jewelry, home goods and more. And if I’m unsure of what to get, they have gift cards. It’s one of the (very) few stores I’ll visit with or without my wife.
They even have a day on Facebook or Instagram where they showcase new arrivals and announce sales.
Too bad they don’t have a men’s store.
Though, if you’re a woman, you have to check out their array of items and I’m sure you’ll walk out with a cool find”
“Ladies, this is a great store to shop buuut, the sizes are all over the place! A medium will fit like a small at times and a large will fit like a large, depending on the material of the clothes. Make sure the fitting of the outfit is stretchy. I'm a woman of curves and this store doesn't embrace that, in my opinion they need a diversity of sizes!!!!”
“This location is my favorite of the few I’ve been to, and mostly because of the employees and how wonderful they have been every time I’ve been in!
This most recent visit brought me back 3 times, as I failed to try the items on the first day, returned a second to exchange one item, to then have to bring that second item back, a third time. This time I knew exactly what I needed as far as style and size, and all 3 times, Barbara was there, and smiling just as wide, and just as knowledgeable and kind each time! Thank you for being so lovely and patient Barbara, Athleta is very lucky to have you!”

“I ordered the same earrings online twice and Both times the color was wrong but the item number was right! I decided to call a loft store near me and spoke with Kylie and later Sue who at first didn’t have the right color in the store but will look in the stock room later. Usually that where it ends because no one ever calls back but they did and found the correct color! This was an exceptional act of kindness!”
