They owe me over $500 from cancelled service. They have not issued a refund in over 6 months and will not return phone calls.Terrible customer service and terrible internet provider, hence the reason for the cancelled service.Stay far away!

UPDATE: problem has been solved and now I have a much better service. Issue was taken care of very promptly and the technician was very professional and courteous.I’ve been with this company for nine years. The last two months Service has been very spotty. I will be looking for other ISP service. I’m just done with a constant interruption with Service.

It is always going out and you can NEVER get anyone on the phone at the office it was off for 2 weeks and no response and no adjustments made to my bill and now it is off again so far it has been 1week. I wish Comcast would come this far becouse I would switch in a heart beat

You can NEVER get anyone from the office, my internet has been off for 1 week last time it was off for 2 weeks and never got any reimbursement for the lost, now I'm sitting here again for 1 week with no internet, I work from home and I'm an elderly person I need my internet to work.i wish ******* came out this far I would change in a heart beat

Do not use these guys, ever. Obviously, I mean look at the other reviews. Had it for years, service never worked, no one calls back or returns emails, and it was an absolute nightmare to get it cancelled. They're just hanging on hoping gullible rural people with no other choice just keep having sixty bucks a month come out of their account, while their company slowly becomes insolvent.

Let me just start by saying, their tower would be more useful if it were torn down and tossed onto the scrap heap at the junkyard. At least then it would be recycled into something that actually works. This company is a joke. Nothing ever works, and when it does work, you can bet you’ll have terrible speeds, or it’ll just up and disappear for no particular reason. And when you move elesewhere and try to get out of said contract, they charge you hundreds more for early termination, and equipment removal. Even if you move outside of their service area. My child has a Fisher Price phone that gets better reception than this sorry excuse for an internet service.

I have been calling Clearsky for the past 3 days! It goes straight to voicemail and I have left several messages. I have been without internet for going on 3 days. Their customer service is horrible!! I’m going to contact another provider! I’m done with this company!

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for a return phone call for two weeks. Internet service was very slow and there was no way two people could use it at the same time while watching a show.

I don’t usually do this but todays the day, even tho they “gave” us a couple mts discounted for all the troubles in the last year, I would seriously give half a star if I could. Finally after 6 mts they got the internet working MOST of the time. We ended up finding a different internet source just had to wait to get it. Now that we got the new system setup and working excellent I called and canceled my service “well left a message because they never answer”, knowing I just paid 3 days ago for a mt worth of internet they still wanted to charge me $119.95 to have their equipment taken down or I could take it down myself within 10 days and return it to there office in Verona and never mentioned anything about prorating my 3 days use of internet. So currently I’m “waiting patiently” for a call back yet again hopefully for the last time I have to deal with them…. Would not recommend this company go with Starlink it’s worth the wait!

Had to get my internet repaired due to high winds knocking it down and Clear sky provided excellent customer service and a friendly tech. Thank you for all you do!!

Terribly slow internet. After multiple times having a tech come out we were still only getting 2 or 3 mbps. Terrible customer service every single time we’ve needed to reach out to them. We have called 5 or 6 times in the last few weeks to cancel our service. Paid the $250 early termination fee and we still get a bill after we cancel! We have also asked every call to give us instructions to return our equipment so they don’t charge us for that but still haven’t received anything.

After having issues with this service for 2 months and calling non stop they sent out a technician. I’m happy to say that my internet is up and running and not skipping a beat! Seems faster too!! Thank you Kayla for all your help as well!

Have been trying all day to get my internet working. I work from home. The internet has been in and out for several days.calls are not returned. And my internet is completely down.
