Absolute salt of the earth people! From on the phone communication all the way through the payment process and everything in between these people continually blow my mind. Their communication is phenomenal, they are welcoming, friendly, fairly priced and honest! My only regret is not finding them sooner!!! Other shops around town that I have utilized in the past tend to focus on maximizing profit at the expense of communication and honesty. That is to say I have been perfectly pleased with this company so far in every aspect of their business. They don't gouge prices and they understand that people need help. They prioritize doing the right thing and are open to communication. When I was first quoted a diagnostic price my jaw almost hit the floor. I literally wondered if I had misheard her and asked again if it was really that affordable. Personally working in the HVAC service industry where prices are a premium I was a little apprehensive at first but as time has gone on they continually set the bar of honesty and integrity higher than any shop I've ever dealt with. I wish I could give more stars to truly recognize their efforts, teamwork, ownership and proffesionalism all while maintaining a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. That being said I'll never hope for failure in any of my vehicles but when the inevitable days come I know where I'm taking them. 100% satisfied customer right here and I will continue to recommend them to any one who has automotive needs.
