The worst experience we've ever had with a loan. Took over a year. It took so long the interest rated had changed. And not for the good. We where told to keep the rates we where supposed to locked into we would have to pay more up front. Then when its all said and done our monthly payment has went up even though our taxes and insurance has not changed which were in escro. And have been trying to get an answer for weeks now. The absolute worse bank in Southern Illinois

After being a customer for many years as well referring people to this bank I will no longer support them. Over the last two years they have done many changes to clients where you get a fee for anything as well hold checks that was deposited for the same amount one month prior from same source. I do not recommend anyone in the Vienna area to use Southern Trust Bank location.
