The people at the actually storefront have always been nice and helpful. My problem is delivery. At least 4 different times now they have tried to shove boxes into my mailbox that clearly DO NOT fit. My mailbox is close enough to the road that someone not paying attention could hit it. Or close enough that someone could just come up and steal things.

Have to drive 13 miles to pick up mail she's too lazy to get out of the car. Very bad!!!

Horrible horrible horrible. They leave slips in the mailbox saying they attempted to deliver packages but could not deliver because of our dog. Our dog was inside. we have cameras. I called and told them we have cameras and have the guy pulling up to the mailbox and never attempting to pull in the driveway or honk and my dog never approached him because my dog was inside. They did not care, they would not listen and they argued saying that he did pull in the driveway but my dog viciously barked at him. My cameras say otherwise.

Literally the worst mail carriers ever. They never bring our packages. They say "delivery attempted" yet our security cameras catch them driving on by without ever attempting driving into our driveway. They used to use our dog as an excuse- she died in July so what is the excuse now? Our carriers do not care about our deliveries and it is really frustrating. I've called the post office multiple times and complained but nothing ever changes.

Always a friendly staff. Nothing bad to say packages have always been shipped out and made it on time no damage or anything I can complain about good job

One of their delivery drivers stopped at the end of my driveway, waited 2 minutes then left and marked my delivery as incomplete rather than actually coming to my door like a normal drive thanks alot now I have to wait another day for my package I needed yesterday

Very friendly and excellent customer service. Debbie was specifically a great help in assisting me with several packages I needed held, that the USPS carrier was attempting to forward to another address (automated in their system; no one person's fault). I really appreciate their diligence in helping solve the issues I had and will continue to rely on them for any shipping needs.
