The staff were very awkward and I was led to the wrong aisle, at first. Eventually, we made it to the correct item location only to learn that the “instock” item as listed online was not available. I was left with no choice but to purchase a similar product. Once I got home the item did not work for my application and I had to go to another hardware store to get the right gear. Awkward and inconvenient

Thanks for letting me in just as you were closing. Myself and the person right after me literally needed something quick - like for real, quick. I was in and out with my yard waste stickers in seconds. Thanks to the closing crew tonight for extending some kindness in your judgment to open your (almost) locked door for me.

They have a lot of stuff here! Came for a lead paint test kit, they had one. Also many services here. Screen repair. Have beautiful hanging baskets in spring and mums in fall. Great place.

Not very helpful, don't want to hire people with disabilities. Won't go there ever again my son wanted a chance but they said he would have to do cashier that's not acceptable for ppl with disabilities.

Terrible experience. Went in there to return an item I purchased a couple months ago. I figured no big deal if they won’t. Only spent like $15 bucks so it wasn’t going to break the bank. When I asked the manager he completely blew me off and said, “yea, no”. Again only 15 bucks so not a big deal. Just the way I was treated was terrible. Will never spend another penny in that place.

Propane refill is listed on their website and when I asked for a refill they just assumed I meant exchange. I was curious why he told me it was a flat rate, then had to get a refund for the exchanges that I was charged for, and generally they were rude throughout the whole interaction.
