Just spent a grand in here. Came back to buy a battery and Bob working on 9/4/23 at 5:20 wouldn’t stop hounding me about information on my bike. When I was waiting for someone to text me the exact number as there are multiple options. I told him I had it four times and was waiting for a response and he proc ended to tell me I needed to leave if I wasn’t giving him the info on the bike.Horribly unprofessional. I went to advanced auto and got the battery instead and will now go there from now on. Lost my business after I was harassed and then asked to leave because I didn’t want their help

By far the best AZ I have been in . Staff is very courteous and helpful. Krystal in commercial went above and beyond everytime I came in and asked for part and if they didn't have the part she made sure to get me one..we need more customer service like krystal gives

Carina, helped me both on the phone and in person. She was as knowledgeable, helpful, and personable as a person can be. She had a great rapport with her co-workers and the vibe in the store was excellent. I had a brief but pleasant interaction with Raul as well. In short, while this isn’t the nearest AutoZone or similar store to my home, this is the store I will frequent because of Carina and her staff. Aces all around!

I went in for a headlight bulb and gave the employee my car's year, make and model, as well as the fact that it was for my low beam. The employee got the bulb and insistent it was the correct one, once I went to replace my old one I realized it was not the right bulb since it didn't fit, I called to ask if I could switch it for the correct one and they said yes. Once I got there the manager told me I must have been installing it incorrectly, I showed him both bulbs and that they were different for him to begrudgingly bring me the correct one. Once I put that one in, it was the right fit and my headlights was no longer out. I have no problem with the mix up to being with, mistakes happened and I'm sure people come in and give the staff trouble but it's frustrating to be undermined and told you're doing something wrong when you were given the incorrect item. I definitely leaned my lesson to always double check.

I had a warranty issue with the brake pads I purchased from AutoZone and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received from the manager Karina. She went above and beyond to assist me, even though the information was not in their system. Karina's effort and dedication to resolving my issue was exceptional, and I was able to receive new brake pads under warranty. I highly recommend AutoZone for their outstanding customer service and support, especially Karina, who was a true professional. Thank you, AutoZone and Karina, for your help!

We had a wonderful experience in Auto Zone today. Employees were super friendly and very helpful - especially Marcos who was the one who changed our battery and wipers. We would highly recommend Auto Zone to others.
