Beware of this place! $25 installation fee for a key fob battery replacement!! Something that takes not even 10 seconds to change. Pop the key fob open in half & swap. My girlfriend went in to just buy a battery for her fob & she was told it was that much for a replacement on top of the battery. I couldn’t believe it & had to call to see for myself. Sure enough, the guy confirmed it. CAR DEALERSHIPS don’t even charge to install a fob battery. Unbelievable. Truly at a loss for words.

Scheduled a battery installation and when I showed up they said they couldn't do it as it was in the trunk. I persuaded the store associate to lend me some tool and just did it myself in the parking lot. The online tool also recommended the wrong battery.

Friendly and efficient. I was in and out within less than 10 minutes even though it was busy Sunday afternoon.
Also, I really appreciate that they honor their warranty without too much hastle.
I'll definitely purchase the next car battery from them.

Terrible store in Villa Park. They don't even guarantee their watch batteries at all, so if they stop in a day or week they won't cover it. Service was terrible.

Very friendly and helpful store staff. I was genuinely happy leaving the store after my purchase. The store associate helped me load the battery into the trunk of my car as it was very heavy, he made sure that the batteries I ordered in other stores (very unusual and expensive batteries) will be waiting for me and ready for pickup. These folks saved me and enabled me to get back on the road and be comfortable in the process. All the best and thank you!
