Worst customer service ever...hung up on...refused to get a supervisor...calls went across the open waters. Paid off a car loan 9 weeks ago still no title! They say I have to file for a release of loan ( 2 more weeks ) then I can file for the title....It's all a hassle and BS

Don't walk away. Run away from BMO Harris!!! Absolutely no customer service. On hold for over an hour yesterday. I believed the reviews on BANKRATE. You have to go to yelp or BBB to get a real picture of how bad BMO Harris is.

11/10/2022 found bogus charge on bank account.. Called for new card 14 days still no card? Do Not Open An Account Here!!We started with M&I Bank now Bmo Harris over 28 years ago, have had many loans with your company, $870,0000.00 construction lAON 900,0000 mortgage. As soon as the wife runs out of checks, we're leaving you forever. We are now retired on a fixed income and we can't afford one single penny, I was not told upfront about this $35 stop charge. This is a terrible bank AVOID this bank! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Horrible customer service. The reps don't know what they are doing and don't explain things well. You have to escalate to the CEO before you get any responses, they keep going back and forth, wasting your precious time and still don't get things done. Just a horrible experience, they also don't listen to their customers.

This is zero stars. Be prepared if you apply for a home loan you are walking into the BMO circus. First gal did nothing for a month except call us and ask for a 495$ application fee. Next person said she was going on vacation, then the 3rd person a guy tells us he's going to a different position. 2 months later nothing but more runaround. We have to go to a different lender. Incompetent and unprofessional. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT apply for a loan here.

Contacting them is impossible. No email, one online phone number failed completely (disconnected multiple times), one phone number said 60 minute wait!!! Tried following their "email us" link only to end up at the "Call us" where the voice said (paraphrasing) "sorry Covid has made us keep you waiting for an hour". Note to BMO Harris executives: answering the phone is easy, I don't believe you or any other business that uses the "covid excuse". Other businesses have managed to answer their phones and provide email addresses for support. It's really insulting to use this excuse, may as well accuse us all of being stupid. Lack of contact and customer service should be a HUGE red flag to consumers. So, who in their right mind would even consider opening accounts or doing business with BMO Harris bank?

Was just told I am not an authorized signor on my business banking account. I am the sole business owner and have had the account for 20+ years and I am the only person who has signed checks in the past 15 years. Closing all of my accounts. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

i signed up a couple of weeks ago 2 new checking accounts. when i call the branch 80% of the time nobody answers the phone. when i needed a copy of a wire i was told 1hr and they would get back to me and it took 5 hrs and when i called again nothing . i will tell you that i got another excuse. this bank does not understand what customer service is. i would never use this bank again. .i would tell you that the manager of the goodyear branch is the only shinny star in the hole branch the rest of them dont do there jobs very well. there nasty on the phone when they do answer. bmo harris you should be ashamed the way you treat your customers.

Contacted the Roseville, MN branch about some questions with regards to my deceased mothers's IRA account and rolling that into her surviving spouses account. Spoke to one person who was friendly and told me she was referring my questions to someone else who would contact me by the end of the day or the next day. Never received and call after four days. You'd think the fact that they have a half million dollars of assets in various accounts with this bank you'd get a little better service but no. Will be taking our business and assets elsewhere.

Hello Ms Michele Raney as you stopped answering our phones calls as soon as our money $499.69 cleared in your bank a/c if this things happen to go the same way and by the end of the day if we didn't hear from you, bank is bound to take some legal actions on and we will file a lawsuit against you to the law department of Saint Ann,MO and we will also reverse the transaction or cancel the check what we deposited then your bank will put a charge back on your own a/c and that will make your a/c negative or overdraft by $499.69 then you need to pay your own bank same amount of money for clear the negative balance and your bank a/c will also compromise if you don't believe me call your bank and confirm with them. America's Loan Company I immediately called the bank because they said they I will get 10000.00 loan after I get a 499.69 Walmart visa or Mastercard 1st. Went to the bank manager and received new account number and the promise that the scammers will not be able to get to my new account. And then I received letter with my name on a check and someone signed my name on back with for mobile deposits only. I have been informed that I have to pay the bank immediately. BMO Harris is a liar and doesn't care about the customers makes me sick

BMO had my car loan at a great rate but I am refinancing with my Credit Union at a little better rate. During this process, as odd as it may have bee, I got Devon each time I called. I have never had BETTER customer service anywhere in my life (and I am 68). He was articulate, professional and kind. Thank you Devon for giving me hope at a time when I feel the world has just gone to crap.
