It was a young man who did my nails and burnt me with the machine and painted my toenails very sloppy I still pay for my service, but I will never go back there. They are not friendly.4/23/2025 @ 1:30pm

Love this nail salon. Mary is my favorite nail tech and I quite enjoy the pedicure area with massage chairs. Would recommend!

I gave this place a second chance and am quite disappointed in their service! They up charge you for everything which would had normally been part of your pedicure and manicure! It’s a shame that you do this to your customers!!!!!! I was chrarged for acrylic nail removal when it’s normally included if you get your nails re-done and in my case I was getting a manicure. I was charged extra to shave down my feet given that I chose a specialty pedicure and was charged on top of that! These are things that normally would be part of getting these services performed and not up charged! Shame on you for robbing ppl! You lost a valued customer!

Have been a customer for years. Love their service. Easy to get an appointment and they always try to do your nails as you request.
Clean facility.
They recently updated their seating/ equipment at the Pedicure area.

Please read these reviews, they’re not lying, AVOID THIS PLACE! This is the third time coming here, first time was back in 2020 and I had a great experience. The second time was 2-3 weeks ago, service was decent, I had to keep repeating to the nail tech what I wanted and he still kept making his own decisions on the nail color. Today I go and am seated at seat #1 with a nameless woman, she didn’t introduce herself, I honestly was very HOPEFUL and thought she will meet my expectations, HA, NOPE not even. She preceded to pick her choice of nail color and then told me oh I thought you wanted pink? I said no I wanted white. She got offended, she did my nails in a hurry, didn’t clean them up and butchered them. She then had the nerve to tell me that if there was something wrong to let her know, I did and she still ignored me and was upset which then in return made me very frustrated. I was planning on getting a pedicure done and said NOPE, give me the bill and not TIP!!! I will include the picture of what I wanted and vs what I got. I’m so disappointed and money down the drain.

I have been coming here for a while now and I must say, the experience is very lovely.
They do offer walk-ins, I would call ahead just to make sure they are not too busy
This last time I went, I had gotten a pedicure and I was very happy with it!
Pedicure was $30
Cleanliness: The salon had gotten an update since I was there last and it looks amazing! So modern!

I have been doing my nails here for a few years and it's disappointing that today I was asked if I wanted to get my cuticles trimmed when I did a full set with a no chip! I was NEVER asked this before and today the man told me it would be $10 if I wanted to get it done. I mean isn't that what I am paying you for in the first place to get everything done to include my cuticles! Not only are we paying a lot already to pamper our nails, then we are asked this BS just to pull another $10 out! I have had these services so many times and the women there would always make sure to do my cuticles with the buffer to include cutting down any loose skin. So what cuticles are you wanting to cut after you just buffed them out? Not what I expected after coming to your salon for years! I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Such a bad experience. For $30.00 I expect a full pedicure. Clean the dead skin from the side, scrub and cut. This young Korean man barely touch my feet. He did not want to cut my nails, did not ask how short I wanted them. I asked him to clean the side of the toenail. I was observing the others 2 attendants how they were so thorough, detail with their clients . Comparing to the service that I just received. He told me that next time that I coming I should get that kind of pedicure. I said to him “ for $30.00 I was expecting exactly that . The Korean guy was very rude and disrespectful. He told me to leave as I was Paying at the register. I am not person that makes a scene but I felt very mistreated and I did pay him. Do not recommend the young , short , fatty Guy. To add on : the water tub was so hot . No one monitors the temperature. The other Korean man saw my struggle and bothered to ask if that’s water was ok . After the so call bad experience pedicure. I got home with feet muscle pain . Never ever experienced this from a pedicure. I will ask definitely for my money back . As I said before I did not want to make a scene and IJust paid him the $30.00 . And I did because I felt pressure . I also remember that the Young Korean man was not looking at me as he was performing the pedicure. He was watching TV . I am a overweight woman .maybe he doesn’t like dealing with big women. I just do not know why I was treaded badly.
