After staying with other major insurance companies for many years, I finally decided to go with Farmers Insurance. Anna, like no other agent explained, listened, and made sure that I had the best coverage. She took care of all necessary paperwork to make the transition seamless and stress free. Not only she's been very knowledgable and professional, she also has been extremely supportive and kind. If I needed anything, she's just a text or a phone call away-very responsive and helpful. I had already explored a handful of well known insurers during this comparison process but I had trouble getting through real people without having to go through lengthy automated sessions, discovering I was calling during closed hours, or having to wait for a call back during a very busy work/school season for me. I was feeling a bit lost and lacking confidence when I decided to add a Farmer's agent into the comparison. Anna has at least three qualities I enjoy from her services very much that ultimately won me over even my previous insurer whom I never really had a problem with; she has great experience, provides a stress-free process, and is very personable.Anna has great experience with providing insurance requested by mortgage lenders. She explains thoroughly, common options for new homeowners to make sure you understood them and I never felt any up-selling or pressure from her to get more premium services (unlike another competitor insurer or two). Anna understood my minimalist lifestyle, knew exactly what I was looking for, what I needed for my first home buying process, and lent her expertise to help guide me during this stressful process.Anna's expertise provides a stress-free process. When it comes to finessing details and communicating with mortgage lenders, Anna already knows what to expect and prepares you for the next step. She did this with me by giving me a clear heads up on what to expect next from my mortgage lender, email communications regarding additional flood insurance, and my car insurance switch-over from my previous insurer when the insurance bundling process was underway. When those communications arrived I felt more prepared and confident in the process thanks to Anna's great educational guidance.Besides Anna's professional qualities, she is very personable as well. Whenever randomly stopping by her office with more questions or updates, Anna always takes time to ask and relate to me as a newbie homeowner. She gives me upkeeping & remodeling tips from her personal experience and shares valuable money saving tips from her professional experience she's picked up servicing a vast array of homeowners. This personable quality of Anna is what ultimately won me over. This is a quality you cannot get from an automated service or even from a random over-the-phone-agent.An agent with great experience that can provide a stress free process and has a personable character is one that can greatly benefit anyone in a similar situation to mine; Anna has them all! Despite never really having a problem with my former insurer, I don't feel bad switching insurers with Anna as my real-life face to face agent (I suppose their impersonality helped make the switch guilt free too). I highly recommend Anna's services and must thank her for all the help, guidance, reassurance, and letting me practice my Polish when I stop by (ah, yes, she is bilingual in Polski too!).

Over the years I’ve dealt with other major insurance companies.They made me feel like a number rather then a person, and treated me poorly on the rare occasion I had a claim.In contrast Farmers is reasonably priced for home and auto, and when I unfortunately had a claim I was treated with kindness and respect,And my rates didn’t skyrocket as a result !Anna is really nice, and always available to answer questions and provide coverage advice.I Especially appreciated her advice when my teenager started driving!I recommend Anna and farmers to everyone I know !

Ms. Lebiecka Helma was very helpful in finding the right insurance for my parents' home in Illinois after they came to live with me in Virginia (a vacant home needs special insurance). Her customer service and communication is excellent as well as the policy prices. I recommend her for any of your insurance needs.

So far, so good. No complaints. BTW The bank wants to include insurance in monthly payments of refinanced mortgage -- how does this work (do they intend to cut themselves in for a commission)?
