  Timing is not good if we have to go to the bank we need to take off from work and Saturday not open before when first Midwest has they open Saturdays half day so we can go but now very bad timing

  Don't get involved in their BONUS PROMISES. They are very creative. And have a lot of junk fees (account closing, etc.). You will see your bonus like your ears. You are dead to me. Avoid!!!

  WORSE BANK EVER! So rude and so unprofessional and nobody wants to help you, they always have attitude and look like they hate their job. Can’t wait to close this account soon, and just take my business somewhere else.
