These guys rock! Needed repair on a water damage Samsung galaxy. I had insurance on the phone but they would only replace the phone, but I had data I wanted to get off the phone. Jesse was super responsive and great to work with. He give 50/50 chance most importantly he got the damaged phone working so I could back up the data.Highly recommend and he'll have my future business for sure!Thank you

Service was excellent and very fast. The back of my Samsung S9 Plus become unglued. Turns out I needed a new battery and it had really expanded thus pushing the back glass off my phone. The wait was only about 35 minutes. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I'll definitely be coming here again in the future for any cell phone repairs.Thank you

Screen stopped working on my LG phone. Took it to these guys for repair, they said the screen needed replacement, even though there was no damage, it had just gone black. Took them a week to get a part in, then went to pick it up on the agreed day and they said "oh, the repair guy is at our other store" so had to go back the next day.Next day, I pick up the phone - it's a $300 repair bill, including $150 for parts. Fire the phone up, it seems OK, pay them and head out to call someone, and .. what? no network found? Go back into store, guys, it's not working. ANOTHER day without my phone while they scratch their heads.Eventually, they determine that they ordered the wrong part - the repair they made enabled Verizon, not T-mobile. Why? apparently the screen also contains the radio transceiver, which they didn't mention, so i suspect they didn't know. Guy says they'll fix it with the correct part, but wants to charge me ANOTHER $150.00, and wont refund the labor he's already done, nor refund for the incorrect part. So, I'm out $300 and my phone, while it operates, won't connect to my carrier. Wound up having to buy a new phone. Went here based on rave reviews online, which i can only assume now are fake, or all from this guys family or something. Total ripoff, would never step foot in his stores again.
