We recently had a sulfur filtration system installed by Johnson Water Conditioning, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment Patrick arrived, it was clear we were in capable hands. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the installation process in plain terms.
Patrick’s attention to detail was impressive—he ensured the system was calibrated specifically for our water conditions and walked us through maintenance tips to keep it running efficiently. The results were immediate: the sulfur odor is gone, and our water quality has improved dramatically.
It’s rare to find a technician who combines technical expertise with genuine customer care. Patrick did exactly that, and we couldn’t be more satisfied.

What a great experience!! From the staff on the phone, to the technicians Greg and installer Hector. They were knowledgeable, polite and reasonably priced. And a fast turnaround! I had my appointment Monday and installed by Wednesday.

Johnson was recommended to us by a friend and from start to finsh the service was great! We recently just bought a house with a very old water softner and the techs that came out to inspect our old system took the time to help us understand everything. The customer service team was informative and scheduled us very fast. Patrick installed everything and took the time to explain how everything works. He went above and beyond and was very professional!

HORRIBLE customer service. Unreturned phone calls and emails. Had Johnson install Iron Removal System. Worked for less than a year but then the rust starting appearing everywhere as before. Spoke with 3 people at Johnson and no one tried to resolve the issue. Also the pump they installed stopped working. Same thing, no help resolving it. Although great salesmanship up front by Greg Chapman.

I have been a customer of Johnson Water for over 5 years. In 5 years this is the first time I've had a need for specific service.
Apparently my iron tank had aged out and was due to be replaced, and had started leaking.
Coincidentally I had just had a brand new furnace installed, so it was imperative and urgent that this leak not damage my new furnace.
I was out of town, so my roommate was waiting to meet the service tech. After some scheduling challenges, Hector was finally able to make it to my home.
Extenuating circumstances required Hector to make an executive decision, in my absence, regarding a clog in my drain system that was complicating the installation of the new unit. Thanks to his expertise, the clog was cleared, and my new unit was installed.
It is very rare in this day and age that a company goes above and beyond to take care of their clientele with such high regard. Also, kudos that Johnson Water had the wherewithal to hire someone so skilked, thoughtful, and resourceful as Hector.
I have been involved in property management, investment and real estate for over 35 years - this quality of service is such a refreshing thing to experience.
PS - his office staff is always so pleasant when you call for service.

Good morning,
just wanted to write to inform you of the outstanding above and beyond service that Hector provided during the installation of a new water softener today.
We had been having issues with water on the basement floor in two different areas. By process of elimination, we were able to definitively determine that the softener was one culprit but we were still puzzled about the other.
Hector came upstairs and told me that our ejector pump was not working and he wasn’t sure if he could continue the installation without a lot of water coming up from the non working pump.
He then came up with a solution on how to complete the install and let me know how many days I would have before the new system regenerates and the water would come up from the floor.
He was so professional and knowledgeable and very respectful of my home. I’m happy to say the basement floor is dry and my husband was able to remove and replace the 15 year old pump that same evening.
We have been customers of Johnson Water for close to two decades now I think, and we could not be happier with our decision to choose your company all those years ago.

This is the worst service I ever received. They have the worst communication skills ever.
I specifically requested the technician to come on or prior to 11am and after they agreed to it they send the technician around 1:30pm.
During the call I was told there is a $120 charge over the phone by 2 different people, but when the service was done they charged me close to $400.
2 months ago, they had to come and fix the injector and I paid $120 at that time too and today I ended up paying about $400. Can’t trust the company, they are dishonest about their pricing.
Think before you hire them.

The company Johnson is hopeless. The filters do not work properly. The equipment was chosen by Johnson company along with installation. The water is dirty. Unprofessional company. I do NOT recommend. A waste of time and money.

Technicians David and Patrick installed a water softner in our new home in Batavia. This required some additional plumbing to get the softner positioned where it was most convenient for adding salt and regular maintenance. They did a great job installing this just as requested. David and Patrick were both helpful and courteous.
We also used Johson Water for our previous home in St. Charles and based on the service for both homes I recommend them for all your water conditioning needs.

We had Austin over to install our new water softener this week. He did a great job after having a nice visit with Jason last week informing me of my options. The unit they installed is very high quality and Austin performed a very clean install. I’m thrilled with the whole process from start to finish and will be recommending them to friends and family!
