This place was good before they switched owners/management. I’ve given this place three separate tries In hopes it would resolve itself and I was disappointed. The women nail techs are the only ones who know what they’re doing. Then males give attitude and ruin your nails. Either way I won’t be going back.

From the moment I walker in I was greeted with smiles and quickly accommodated. I’m here visiting from Los Angeles & I can honestly say this was hands done the best salon experience. I searched them up on google and checked the reviews and I see why they have amazing reviews! The first picture was an inspo and Wandy’s outcome was way better.

Really disappointed. This has been my go to place for years but my last two pedicures have been bad (and largely because of the particular nail tech that I got stuck with again despite requesting someone else when booking). The ownership changed and the service just isn't as good as it used to be.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and super clean. Mimi is my tech and is the best there is. I won’t go anywhere or to anybody else. I’ve never had such attention to detail and consistently beautiful manicures.

My girl picked this place without looking at the rating. Honestly, you are better off going to another nail place. I can definitely see why the rating is low. Came in for a signature pedicure for a French tip with nail design on the big toes. The girl told me they only do it designs with only getting no chip, which is crazy. I've always done pedicures with regular polish never had issues anywhere else. So it just seemed she wanted to up charge. Henry did my pedicure and massage felt rushed, French tip was trash and for the design it was nail stickers and got charged 10 bucks for it lol like okayyyyyy but yea the ambiance was not good and I definitely took a loss going here.

Not a good experience. They would not stop trying to upcharge me on everything including getting no chip which I specifically said 3 times I didn’t want. The guy proceeded to say “you are going to chip it and blame me…” then starting judging me about how I bite my nails. And claiming it was so hard to do them. I’m not really sure why that was necessary. Lastly he kept trying to charge more for the shape of them and I have been charged more for a shape they claimed on the website was free before.. the people here just aren’t very nice and it becomes a not so relaxing environment. Will be going somewhere with friendly staff going forward.

Great first impression! Michael was very attentive and went above and beyond. The pedicure and foot massages were amazing. Both the white and pink are dip powders on the hand nails and not painted on, love the final product. Staff is nice. Overall a good experience!

They were short staffed which I understand she had already started doing my nails when she left did another persons nails and the lady had told me five minutes and finally she was done with the other girl’s nails and then did my nails and she did them very rushed !!! Very thin bulky !!

I like this place and they do a good job. The only thing I didn’t like was that with my last visit, I had $10 change coming back to me and the lady that took my payment just said “thank you” and left with my change. Didn’t ask if I needed change back. She just took it and left the counter and gave it to the tech that worked on my nails. This upsets me because I wasn’t planning to tip $10. I was going to tip more than that. But just to walk off and not even offer me my change, that is rude and unprofessional. If I did that at any past job where tips were a thing, I’d get reprimanded/written up or fired. I will not be returning any time soon without exact change.

Love this place. Harry gives me brand new feet every time. It's so relaxing and he does such an amazing job. This is my 3rd time coming here and I have been happy every time. Thank you ❤️

Took my daughter to get our nails filled. Regular Acrylic fills are shown to be $32 plus a $5-$7 for French design. I had mine painted with three different colors which they charged me $1 for each color, so that’s another $3 & daughter had a very basic French manicure.
Let’s do the math together: 32 + 32 + 7 + 3 = 74…yet I was charged $94!!!! 🤬 The prices are stated not only online but also in the shop. I tried multiple times to tell them I was overcharged and they wouldn’t hear it. Do better, karma is real.

The place is GREAT, super clean, very pretty, relaxing music and did a wonderful job on my nails. This will be my new go to.
Updated review. Most people are rude and they rush every time!!!! Sundays are when I usually go in. They are mean and rush thru it
Last time took 30min cause the person was trying to go home.
Pretty sure they cause damage to my nails but won't know till I go to a new place today. Won't be back. They need to step up their staff. Such a disappointment.
