You going there Needing help and they treat you like. You don't know anything well that's the reason I was there Definitely not the Placee to go unless you know everything About phones because they don't help you if you are inexperienced at using them or if you have a problem they want to sell it to you and send you on your way. Hoping they'll never see you again.

I would be careful. This location is next to safari land. Some hispanic male employee tried to scam me there. I had a cracked screen and he tried to sell me a new phone and a tablet down my throat. He tried to tell me there was nothing he could do and said I had to pay in cash. I was like wth. Dude trying to rip me off. I heard about this scam. You pay cash for the phone. He gets to pocket it. Then he makes you pay for the phone again by adding it to your bill into the monthly payments. Just never pay cash to anyone. Always use a card so you can have proof always. I ended up just getting my screen repaired for 95 dollars. Took 20 min

I've never felt compelled to leave a review before, but my recent experience with T-Mobile's customer support has left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. It's astonishing how a company can boast about its services while simultaneously providing the worst support I've ever encountered.Where do I even begin? First off, trying to reach a live representative felt like navigating a labyrinth designed to test one's patience. After being on hold for what seemed like an eternity, I finally got through to a representative, only to be met with indifference and a lack of knowledge. It's as if they hire people specifically unqualified to answer any actual questions.i waited 4 week to fix simple issue

Lost my phone, went to the store to make a claim, since i can't be without a phone I ended up buying one, i told the guy i needed a cell phone with 5G coverage, i got home and noticed this freaking cell phone is 4G, now im stock with a 4G phone and they can not give me another one.

Yesterday I was here at 6:55 pm and Aaron said he wasn't able to take my payment when the store closes at 7 pm. I was left without service because he refused to take my payment I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
