Just bought a new Chrysler Pacifica van and had an excellent experience at the Villa Park location. Sean helped us initially. Although Sean works with the commercial division, he saw the other sales people were busy and made a point to greet and help us. We then had a very positive and welcoming experince with both Neal and Adam through the whole purchasing process. They both had great knowledge of the van features and were also fun to talk to. This is the second van we bought in ten years at this location and both times we left feeling good about the purchase. We've also have had nothing but good experiences with their service department. I can't say enough good things about the people at Villa Park.

As always the entire MW TEAM in office and Service made me to feel welcome and treated me very professionally.
Manager Mike, as usual., fully diagnosed and
diagnosed the ramp situation.

Always a repeat customer of MobilityWorks. I've purchased 7 new vehicles, made minor repairs, and vehicle routine service. My vehicle needs have been fulfilled 30 years by them and I've always had professional staff, and quality service. I highly recommend Mobility Works for all of your adaptive vehicle needs.

We sold our old vehicle and had hand controls installed on our new vehicle. The process was hassle-free, professional, and efficient. We are so thankful for the attention to detail, customer care, and quality of service. Neal and Ramiro and the entire team were awesome.

The Villa Park Mobility Works store is PHENOMENAL!! Romero, Randy and the service guys are always kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They take excellent care of my van, fixing whatever is wrong and working on preventative maintenance to ensure less problems for the future. They are an honest team and I trust them immensely. I feel like I am treated like family at Mobility Works Villa Park. I highly recommend them.

I need a hand brake on my car due to a medical condition. They referred me to another outfit where I would have to be trained before they could help. Well, that other outfit would need about three hours of my time and $525.

I brought my very fist conversion van this year back in May. They seemed very nice and caring about my needs. They sold us a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. We also added a 4 year bumper to bumper warranty. After the week of owning the van, the Ramp twisted and almost threw me off the ramp. I got stuck between the door and the side of the van. I had to call the fire department to help me out. I sent pictures to them to see about getting the ramp fixed. They claimed it was a user error and would not cover the cost of replacing it. However, the representatives from Braun Mobility said they would cover the cost. Now my battery died. I called yesterday, August 17, 2023, to let them know the battery was dead. They said that since they did not put a new batter in the van when they sold it, they would not cover replacing it under the warranty as well. They said it passed their test, and it had 40 percent life they did not put a new battery in when they sold it to me. I will never buy a van from them again they charge 100 dollars a month for a warranty they don't back. They only covered items on the van they replaced before I purchased it.

It was a ground wire that you guys put for the lift you had it 4 days said it was fine got it home and wouldn't start traised it to the ground from unit was a loose connection i figured it out now its fine ty for yrying
