Very well taken care of, the place was beautiful. We spent a long time trying to find a monkey orchid, until someone finally recommended Hausermann’s! This is our monkey orchid now.

Ordered by phone and received the orchard plant the next day. I didn't get a receipt with the order so I called them and asked that they text me one. I received the receipt and it said $85.89. Now I know why the receipt wasn't included because the total quote on the phone to me by a gentleman was $65.00. Really?????????? What a way to do business.

I have ordered orchids from them 3 times. One of the orders I did have an issue with. I contacted them on a Sunday, and they responded back in 1/2 an hour! I was surprised at how quickly they responded back, and resolved my issue. I was expecting not to hear back till Monday or Tuesday.
Excellent orchids and customer service! And the prices are very reasonable.

This is a gem in chicagoland area. YOU WON’T FIND A PLACE LIKE THIS!! SO MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF ORCHIDS! The whole place feels like a maze but in a good way, with plenty of open spaces. It almost feels like your visiting a very special historical place. Very chill and relaxed atmosphere where no one bothers you and your free to explore all the amazing selections of orchids and parts of the greenhouse. Also, we love to visit and interact with the cats that never fail to show up. Very friendly cats and employees :) Even if I don’t end up buying anything but browse I am always happy to go, feels like a mini getaway every time. The family and employees that run this place make it a very down to earth experience.

I was visiting relatives in Chicago this time, and I was surprised when I went to this orchid farm. The orchid farm is very large and has a lot of varieties. The price was very satisfactory to me. They also helped me mail it back to SF. When I received the flowers when I came back, all the orchids were packaged very well. It's so good, the orchids are not damaged at all???It's worth recommending to everyone. I will go to this farm again next time I have a chance.
Excellent service with a large variety of orchids to choose from. Fast and careful shipping. I hope my review will help encourage other Chinese orchid loving customers to come here.

I absolutely love this orchid greenhouse! You can tell just walking through the passion it takes to find & grow such an incredible selection of orchids. I’m regularly thrilled by their pricing as well, though also grateful they mostly have small carts so I don’t go too overboard. I recently placed my first online after hearing from colleagues further away that Hauserman’s quality is just as impressive arriving in a package as it seems in-person. I’ve had a wonderful experience every time!

Wow! Plain fantastic orchids. Went here for two orchids and walked out with four. We got Dracula Saulii, Vanilla planifolia, a super mini, and a regular orchid. They are all beautiful and healthy. 100% recommend this place if you are looking for orchids, violets, bromeliads, or maybe just pots. This place was not only huge but fun.
