The most incompetent people I've ever seen in my life. A part is under warranty so obviously it was paid for but because their "box" had a different part number than their system they can't exchange the part. You spend tens of thousands with a company only to have incompetent employees who lack common sense treat customers any kind of way.

Needed a new headlight for my 2020 jeep grand Cherokee. Saw online that they can possibly install the headlight at the store called the store and spoke with Anthony. He said he could take a look at it when I got to the store. He took the time and effort to install the headlight, which was not easy. Will definitely come back to the store in the future.

Today I had the best customer service anywhere since Covid destroyed are economy and customer service. Manager Pedro and clerk Cris at the Villa Park location went above and beyond there normal employment and experience to assist me with all my questions and needs. Would recommend them to corporate for outstanding assets to the company and customers. Peter

The guys was great when I walked in. I told him where I needed. They walk me to the item. Even gave me details on how to use the item. It was fantastic service. And I drive past a couple other auto parts stores. But the service was great!

Just walked in with my husband to recycle some auto oil. My husband was told by Othillo they only accept 5 gallons per customer. I said ok, I’d like to recycle a gallon. He told me no. I asked if it was because I was a woman and he said no, they would only take 5 per customer. Ok, I said, “am I a customer”, he said “no, take it to another store”. So apparently when you walk in with your husband it doesn’t matter that you are a fully grown adult with your own accounts who has shopped at their stores many times without your husband, and are completely capable of changing your own oil, if you with a man you are no longer considered a customer. Perhaps I’m just his property? Who knows. Well O’Reilly’s, you just lost not one but two customers. Five actually as I’ll no longer recommend my fully grown children to use your services either. Bad call when there are plentiful auto shops around within a half mile.

Your Assistant Manager, Ashley Householder, is a very rude, negative and unprofessional person. She has no business working with the public. She is a detriment to your great chain of auto parts stores. I will shop elsewhere.

We went in on Monday night, a half hour before closing for a new windshield wiper. Justin came outside in the cold and rain and removed the wiper for us, without even being asked. He then followed us out after the sale and replaced it for us. Again, we never even asked him to do this. He was a very helpful, friendly, and energetic guy that went the extra mile. We will never go to another automotive store again.

Good store, bad service, I have always preferred to buy at O'Reilly for its good prices and variety of parts, but this store has young people who do not know how to respect customers. I think the supervisor should look at the customer service provided in the store and have at least one person with experience in the store

I made a mistake when giving my license plate, so I can't give 1 star, but I still think their employee, Otilio, handled it poorly. He got rude, started raising his voice, and even banged his hand on the counter at one point. I've been to O'Reilly's many times and have never been treated like that. They usually have the best customer service; that's why I choose them. Definitely not coming back to this location.

They have a vast selection of parts, are knowledgeable and the prices are fair. Never feel ripped off; always get the parts or supplies that I am looking forward. If they don't have it in stock, which is rare, they will have it in a day or two. Only place I go for parts for our newer vehicle and 30 year old pickup.

Needed to pick up an item a few minutes before the store opened because I was in a time crunch. Employees unlocked the door and were really helpful in finding what I needed. Top-notch customer service.
