Overall the experience with Ozzy's towing is fantastic. The service is professional, caring and very efficient. Prompt and knowledgeable driver help with vehicle towing and special vehicle. Great customer service show prompt help, often less than ten minutes and sometimes less than an hour. The driver is able to show up in rain, ice or rough morning and open locked vehicles or pull submerged car in seconds. They are professional and caring, and they call to let customers know if a scheduled appointment will be late. The professionalism and expertise are highly recommend for any accident or locked. Customers appreciate the caring, the prompt help and the fantastic towing professionalism. Even when a 4 star is given because of a late appointment, the company calls and lets the customer wait. Ozzy's towing is a highly recommend company for efficient service.

The young man that helped me was very efficient and prompt. I Totally recommend Ozzy's towing. AAA not come within 4 hours and they were there when they said they would be.

Overall fantastic experience, the towing and professionalism was fantastic. Our driver Osvaldo was super easy to work with and really good at his job. Only reason for the 4 star is because they were late to the scheduled appointment, but he called me and let me know instead of having me just wait.
