“Suzy is a top notch dog groomer! I am very particular when it comes to who I choose to care for my pet and Suzy exceeds my expectations. She’s kind, gentle and caring which is my first priority, but, her grooming skills are exceptional. I’m always pleased with how my “pup” turns out, and, I always get asked about who grooms her. Additionally, Suzy discovered that my dog had a cracked tooth that needed prompt attention, and she put me in touch with a vet that specializes in veterinary dental care. She is THE BEST of THE BEST!”

“Linda was incredibly helpful. My dog was having some stomach issues and I was looking into some fiber and probiotic supplements. She took time to help explain what I was looking for and gave me an immense amount of insight and advice. She was super friendly, really made my experience enjoyable and made me feel better. I think I was in the store for 30 minutes just talking with her and picking her brain. I don't live in the area, but I would travel to this store just because of Linda.”
“Absolutely wonderful to work with. When i went to get my precious Bengal you could immediately tell she was a very well adjusted social cat(she wags her tail like a dog when she’s happy) With such a sweet demeanor. I was initially a little worried because she was coming from so far away, but she was one of the most well-adjusted kittens I’ve ever seen had a three hour car ride home and she literally loved every minute of it The people are great and the facility is spotless. Definitely will Get my next kitty cat from them! Highly recommend.”

“The best compliment I can share is the happiness and tail-wagging Nellie displays when she arrives. She is comfortable (and cooperative) with Emily and is always equally relaxed and happy when I pick her up. Appointment times run smoothly, so no long stretch in a crate for my Cavalier. She arrives home clean, expertly and minimally trimmed as requested. Her snarls disappear magically and not noticeably. A great cut appropriate and as true-to-breed as possible for a frisky home companion! Cost is reasonable and the staff sleays very friendly snd efficient. Thsnk you!”

She ran us through all the specific treats that would fit a cat with recent dental surgery and gave us a sample of something she thought may be beneficial as well. This failure to deliver an offered service (I did receive an email stating I could now get a visit summary) is on the edge of being so frustrating that I may decide to not use Vetco again, nor to recommend your services to others.”

“I just came home from shopping at Petco in Bloomingdale! I was in the store trying to figure out the coupon and a nice store associate named Mark stopped to see if I needed any help! The coupon/system was having problems today so he told me to order online (it was a better deal) and it would be ready soon! I ended up saving more money and by the time I moved my car up it was ready! I buy an expensive dog food so I really appreciate the help Mark gave me to save more money for my Precious Pet!! (He was so friendly too) I will definitely go back to Petco in Bloomingdale!! ???”

“The other day, my family and I walked into the store, woefully unprepared to get the cat of our dreams. We had never had a cat before, and this was our first time even thinking about what we would need to care and treat for our new family member. We were completely dumbfounded in the aisles upon aisles of cat items and it was painfully obvious. Thankfully, that was when an amazing worker came along to help us. What was shaping up to be a daunting task became easy thanks to her help. She knew exactly what toys, litter, etc. to buy for our soon-coming cat and made our lives ten times easier. If it weren't for her, we would probably still be in those aisles looking at the tens upon tens of litter options! After my experience here, I'm not sure I'm ever going to go to a different pet store again! This was some of the best customer service I have ever had in my life!
