I've been visiting the Villa Park store for a few years, the staff is always friendly &helpful. The self wash stations are convenient. I tried the delivery service for the first time and I was more than satisfied with the ease of the online order with their own staff delivery. I got my order next day and received a text when my order was at my door. Definitely recommend this store, they have customer service figured out.

They don't have a lot of bones in a large quantitie for larger dogs Everytime I go all I find is treats for small dogs no large! That needs to change to keep me a customer of 3 large dogs!

I usually shop at this location because it's closest to me. I love the sales & incentives at PSP,
BUT this location is very hit or miss.
I may have friendly customer service, but I notice high turnover in employees & they need more training. I've recently had issues with processing store coupon codes and on multiple occasions finding out later that the employee did not process the discounts, yet assuring me they did. I've had to have purchases returned and
re-rung and take as long as a month for the credit to post on my statement (this is a huge problem with PSP). I've had to contact my bank multiple times to issue a claim!!! This is SO frustrating!! Managers are rarely up front but in the back! Or maybe not there? I rarely see them and I'm here often. There's usually one, maybe two employees in the front.
Item stock is hit or miss as well.
I have driven to further locations because of the issues here. There is no consistency and I spend $100 or more on each visit. Please train your employees better and managers, be a role model for them.

Asked for crickets and waited for 10 minutes while two employees flirted in a dog wash area. Asked for 24 crickets and got 20. Asked for large crickets and got small. I recorded a video of this experience.
