“This group of stores includes a Whole Foods Market and probably a dozen small shopping and personal use venues, with plenty of parking. There are also outbuildings housing Starbucks and Panera.”
“It feels like this shopping center has been here forever. We visited Daiso and popped into the Whole Foods at the other end of the mall. The parking lot was clean and there is a ton of parking, even if you visit on a busy weekend afternoon. There is easy access to both RT 83 and 63rd St including traffic lights to make left turns easier. The parking lot itself is well lit if you visit when its dark outside.
It can get busy around the Whole Foods. There are a lot of cars and people moving around so drive carefully.”

“Nice little shopping strip mall with a couple of nice restaurants and small shops.Kona Grill is one of my favorite restaurants there.You can also get your cable equipment for Comcast at the Xfinity store instead of waiting to get it in the mail.There's plenty of parking in front or underground.If you can't find anything in the front just go to the back and there's always lots of space in back of the mall.”
“Pete's is a good store with a good selection. The produce section is excellent. My only complaint is just how cold this store is. It's miserably and ridiculously cold throughout the entire store.”

“I visit Springbrook frequently. Caputo provides eclectic foods for any taste or nationality. Hallmark/Green Apple, my reason for visiting, provides all the greeting cards I need. Of course Portillos. Great outdoor mall for shopping and eating.”
“The milk is expensive, but worth it. The screams are the best I have ever had. I would taste any other after having oberwise. The place is quite cozy for dine in too. They have fun games for kids and place is sit around during summer. Since its placed right at the heart of city square.”

“Caputo fresh market is very clean with pleasant modern feeling and welcoming as well as helpful customer service. Wide variety fresh produce and good quality also meat section looks very fresh and well maintained. Priced accordingly. Also this market included fresh bar.”

“I work in this complex - I am bummed that the deli time has closed because of covid - I hope they reopen once the virus is tackled. I am grateful for the essentials convenience store - if I have a sweet or savory craving, it usually has something that will satisfy my tastes and their prices are pretty reasonable.”

“This place has a lot to offer my daughter and I go here there are so many places you can eat and we enjoy going to Five Below maybe catching a movie or going to Shoe Carnivals or Kohl's. Either way you go it's a great place to do some awesome shopping and have a good time.”
“Went to Lee and Eddie's. If you haven't tried them you have to. Food is SO GOOD and nicely priced. They've been around for years for a reason. Only thing is, they close at 5, so have dinner early - it's better to eat early anyway.”
“I feel like this is a kind of confusing little mall. The majority of the parking is located behind the stores, with less parking in front of the stores in the center of the "Town Square". If you enter anywhere other than the main entrance, you'll end up behind the stores. All the stores do look like they have entrances in the back though, at least the one I visited did.
It was clean and there was ample parking in the back!”

“This is a great plaza with tons of parking! It’s quite easy to get in and out with multiple entrances. I love going to the Ross in this plaza! They also have Jewel and Staples. There are a bunch of great stores to stop in at when at this plaza!”
“Darts, beer, Bags, beer, Shuffle board, beer...Sand Volleyball, more beer, Billiards and...sandwiches, snacks. Wide open place to go and have FUN doing something instead of just observing!”
“This mini mall houses many stores but I was here to eat at Manny's Cafe, which is an excellent restaurant.This mall is easier to get into than get out of! Going south is no problem, but trying to turn north can be a treacherous journey as cars are constantly coming from either direction.”

“As a GG I witnessed the children enjoying themselves for my Grandson's Birthday . The washroom was clean,very important to see for a Senior Citizen. What bother me was that I witnessed the Bartenderblow his nose then take his hand to make sure that he left nothing behind with his bare hand. I waited several minutes to see if he would wash his hands.... NOPE.AS a Senior with disabilities I wondered what other awful factors could contribute to Covidor other Bacterial infections.Glad I wore my mask and plastic gloves...P.SI also played your Slot MachineArea. I also never witnessed an attendant once come in an wipe the slot machines for protection between patrons ?”
