I had a large heavy item that I needed to return. I searched for a UPS location and found this UPS Access Point conveniently located in Villa Park.When I dropped off my package, they were very accommodating, they could see me struggling with the box in the parking lot, a nice employee opened and held the door for me and pointed me right to the UPS desk in the back.When I got there, a nice young man took care of all the shipping details and even attached the label correctly for sending out my return.Also the Ace Hardware store was clean and well stocked, so I will be back to shop there as well.Five stars for both!

Go inside the ace hardware all the way to the back there's UPS access they help you out just make sure everything is pre labeled and boxed.
