Usps is opening letter and putting tapes taking giftcards from it. Awfull postal service taking money from it$100 gift card is missing from it. It came from my work. Such a low disgrace from usps taking giftcards. No trustworthy

showing up received a letter from schaumburg 2 months late
mailed letters 3 aweeks ago to elmhurst which next town over

I went in yesterday with my mother for passport applications and had to leave a positive review for Tara. We came in after an unpleasant experience at another location, and she completely turned our day around. Tara was excellent—patient, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process.
We were genuinely happy with the service she provided. With how tedious this kind of work can be, she truly deserves recognition and praise from her company!

This post office is making Villa Park. Look bad this post office needs landscaping work a new sign that’s not leaning new fresh white paint on the building. The building is really faded and it looks sloppy
Can we get a paint crew over here, please??
And a landscaping crew ASAP
Maybe plant some plants
Maybe stop having homeless people sleep in the lobby at night they use the bathroom in a cup and the lobby smells horrible

These workers don’t greet you. They look at you coming in ignore you, will have you waiting , have a whole conversation with coworkers not even about work I was the only customer in the store. They didn’t help me until I spoke up 10 minutes later. Go somewhere else !

The large amount of garbage that is laying in the grassed area of the parking lot is terrible! What an embarrassment to the neighborhood, This is the fist thing you see when driving in to this facility.

I come here everyday and I mean EVERYDAY as much as I hate this place there’s always one face that pops out and greets every one with a smile and that postal worker shanquella (twin) I guess what the other workers call her by she’s allways working alone hustling to get the line down in a timely manner she’s definitely knows her way around the computer professional and polite the like can be out there door but she gets it done ALONE AND I MEAN ALONE she’s a great postal worker keep up the great work TWIN

This location is run-down and looks grubby. There is usually only one person working the counter. I remember the days when there would be four. I usually use the self-serve kiosk because it always seems like the customers have complicated transactions.
