Great pharmacist working 10/19 in the pm. Fast in and out for flu shots. Came here after Glenn Ellyn store refused to give me a flu shot after 9. I was in and out in 5 minutes. THANK YOU!!

Walgreens Especially the 24 Hour one in Villa Park on Roosevelt Rd. Using them for 15+ Years Same Doctors Same Scripts almost left 2 years ago their Walgrrens App for Prescriptions Helped long lines 1 person for 2 drive thrus and inside Ridiculous EVERYONE I KNOW USED to use Walgreens now 90% to Osco Pharmacy on St.Charles Rd. In Villa Park,il. They have an app for Jewel-Osco you can manage all your Prescriptions like Walgreen's App and when you call you press 1 number 2 rings max someone ACTUALLY ANSWERS the CALL...What a Profound Idea.....

This pharmacy is slow, understaffed, and disorganized. Not to mention their follow through and follow up are poor to non-existent.

Just a brutal pharmacy. I’ve used them a couple times but it’s absolutely not worth unless you’re good with picking up a prescription at 1 on the morning it may be ok otherwise you’ll wait and be unbelievably frustrated.

They have had me on hold for almost 10 minutes and it started to ring and then they put me on hold.

HORRIBLE. Was just on hold for one full hour only to be disconnected. My son's heart meds need to be filled once a month and unfortunately they can't be automatically refilled or refilled by the automated service. Every month I absolutely dread calling this pharmacy.

Terrible service. Super slow and unresponsive. Only person at the pharmacy and told they would be with me shortly 5 times with over 20 minute wait. Definitely changing my pharmacy.

Slowest pharmacy in existence. I don't think the employees are the issue. Once you get to the window/counter it's fine. They never have enough employees working so the wait time is brutal. In my experience they only have 1 person working the counter inside and if they're lucky, 1 person working the drive through. Sometimes though it's the same person. Management needs to figure out their scheduling or hiring more employees

Don’t call in your prescription to this pharmacy if you want to get it quickly! They are slow and unreachable by phone.

This pharmacy sucks. They always have issues. They said I needed to call the pharmacy and I did they said my order will be ready by 8 am the next day. It's now 11:46am the next day and they just told me it's not ready and will be ready in the next 2 hrs and I was supposed to have my pill at 10 am. Choose I different 24 hr location

This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. They screw up every order. Never answer the phone and then when they do, they put you on hold and never take you back off. Literally send your prescriptions anywhere else.
