They tell you that prescription will be ready at certain time, but when you come there 7 hours later the promised time they say they didn’t even start filling it. The lady had attitude since the 1st second.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Slow, rude, disrespectful and they don’t know what they are doing. Moreover, I think the Indian and Latina pharmacists are racist. Go somewhere else

Came to get a prescription filled. They were a little busy, the cashiers/techs were fine, but pharmacist morin odeesh was the worst. Extremely rude, negligent, and disrespectful. He made several HIPAA violations during our interaction. He is prejudiced/racist as well. After my bizarre interaction I went to the store manager, Caroline, to explain the situation. She agreed that moron odeesh was extremely inappropriate and was going to write a complaint to Walgreens corporate about him too. He was also rude to her when she inquired about what was going on. She was apologetic to me which I appreciated, but walgreens cannot have a racist negligent pharmacist, morin odeesh, on staff that violates HIPAA regulations.

This is a nice clean area except for this Walgreens. The parking area especially to the east is always a hellscape of garbage! Clean it up, please! Is this Villa Park, or Bosnia?

we encourge our patients to use other pharmacies they hang up on Doctors on the dr line they won't let patient's know if a controlled medication is in stock so we don't send it electronically and after being on hold our patients our rudely hung up on say have the drs office call YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER WALGREENS THESE ARE MENTAL HEALTH PATIENTSSIGNED BY ANGRY DOCTOR

They are definitely short-handed, so patience is required. We've used the drive-through for many pick-ups. Slow, but they get the job done. Today, I decided to go inside for a pick-up and wanted info about a couple vaccines and ask about a delayed prescription. At the pharmacy, Lydia took great care of me. She was polite, professional, and persistent. She was able to straighten out my account and found the eye drops that are in short supply. Phew! She set me up for two vaccines, even though I didn't have an appointment. I waited about three minutes at the clinic before I got my vaccines. Painless. Quick. The young woman was very pleasant and professional. Great experience!

They need to hire more people at the pharmacy. No matter the time of day I always have to wait at least 20 minutes to pick up any prescription.

If there was a zero I would have posted that. This Walgreens 24 hour store on Roosevelt & Summit, Villa Park, IL., is the worse place to try and get answers or have a medication ready when they said it would be ready. No confidence at all for Walgreens, it is a huge muli-million dollar business and was told the other day they do not have my medication in stock and do not know when it will be available. This is America right? Since hydrocodone has been abused by some, I have to suffer in major pain. I have Neuropathy and arthritis for years. there is nothing that can be done. I suffer with major pain if I do not have my medication. I go to the doctor's office every month (40 minutes away from my home) drop it off at the Walgreens only to be told it will not be ready for a few hours to a few days. Severely understaffed and they need to hire ALL Walgreens are the same. It is a crap shoot sometimes I get my medication no problems (I can count on one hand the times that happened). Most times I am told too early to fill medication. I have to wait till the next day or two days and come back again to pick it up that is if they have it in stock. I am a senior citizen, why do I and many others go thru this? many other pharmacies are the same. I tried other pharmacies all are the same. I go to the same Walgreens every month; don't they know that? Don't they know by now I am not a "drug seller" or go overboard and take too many. Clearly I am just a number to Walgreens, there is not one person there I could give a good rating to. I have been going back and forth with Walgreens and so has my doctor for 3 days now. Why do senior citizens have to jump through hoops to get our medications? I WROTE TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE COMPLAINING OF THE SERVICE AND LACK OF MY MEDICATION, 2 DAYS AGO, TOLD BY EMAIL SOMEONE WHOULD RETURN MY EMAIL. NOTHING...NOTHING - WHY????????? I need my medication I do not take too much I am very careful to take what is prescribed by my doctor. Don't know what to do anymore, have to call my doctor again.

Just look at the google reviews and you can understand I hope this place gets a reality check some day. If you have to go an extra mile go to a different location. The Indian pharmacist in the location name Gina or whatever is super unprofessional and unhelpful. She was first talking with an attitude with my wife because she was of a different race and my wife felt that becuse all the people ahead of her got an nice hello and welcome and when she approached my wife she had stink face and walked away. then when I called over the phone. She again gave me attitude. Really need nicer staff in the store you don’t know what kind of medical situation someone is in and you have no right to be rude to the customer because they are one race or the other.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. It regularly takes multiple days and multiple calls to have prescriptions (that they have received from my doctor and they have in stock) filled. They've also switched to a call center, meaning its an additional 10 min run around before you can even get to the un helpful pharmacy techs. This is a nightmare.

Beyond annoyed with the service here. Drive thru seems to be on lunch no matter the hour of the day. Wouldn't fill a simple antibiotic prescription immediately. They told me I'd have to wait til they called me. Currently they have several employees behind the counter right now, with one person working the register, and several people in line. Told them I cant be on my leg since I got stabbed. Still made me walk in to pay.

This place is an absolute joke...ALWAYS A LINE. No matter when you come here and they are always late on prescription. Lately they have been running out of all my scripts. If you can go anywhere, go there.

They didn't know how to transfer prescriptions from other pharmacies. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and got disconnected after being put on hold. I called back and got disconnected after being put on hold again.If you want your prescriptions, don't go here. Bad customer service. Maybe if they weren't understaffed their pharmacy would run better. Shame on Walgreens tbh.

Do not select this Walgreens pharmacy under any circumstances. They don’t fill orders until you call them & they delay orders for invalid reasons - when I call them on those reasons, they suddenly fill the order. And here’s the biggest problem - you can wait over a week for them to get meds required in their prescriptions. Then you waste time calling them and then they somehow have the missing med in stock after all. Just lazy & incompetent.
