We brought our yellow lab in for a wash and nail trimming. They did a great job from the moment we called. He told us to bring our dog in and made us feel comfortable that our dog was going to be taken care of. When they called us for pick up, our Dog, Simba, smelled great and her fur was nice smooth when they returned her. We have taken her to other groomers and when we pick her up, she would still be damp. However, Yuppy Puppy did an excellent job of drying her. We would definitely bring back our dog.

We brought our 5 1/2 pound toy poodle here and had a horrible experience. When we picked him up we noticed razor marks all over his face. Not just one or two(which is not acceptable) but multiple wounds. There is absolutely no way a groomer could not have known our dog was uncomfortable. This is truly a sad act from a human being. That is to say, you must feel big for what you did a small dog. DO NOT BRING your dog here

We took our 5 month old cockapoo puppy here for his first full groom and they did such a great job! I was nervous about getting his hair cut, but he looks so cute! Perfect length! We will definitely be bringing Otis here again.
