The automated phone call in for pizza sucks. Get rid of it. If we are calling in for pizza we are not talking to a robot.
Get a real person to answer the phone.
I'd rather go 9 miles to Aledo since they actually answer their phone.

I'm a paraplegic and I make it a habit to go to the Casey's on Highway 67 in Viola. It is the bomb!! They reach out to help me and they'll do it w a smile! It doesn't matter if I need $5 or $25 they got it!!!

The people are usually nice and have common sense, a few have not. 99% of the time I've been happy with this place and people. I have only had one problem here and it is that once there was a long piece of plastic in the pizza. I did tell them so they would know and hopefully never happen again, but I haven't bought food from there since. Been going here since 2019.

Sold me a pack of stale, expired cigarettes. Tiny, podunk town with highest gas prices around. Do not recommend.

I got a half chicken bacon & ranch pizza and a half taco. No lettuce or tomato on my taco pizza. No RANCH on my chicken bacon ranch pizza. I never leave negative reviews, but this kitchen always messes up my order. ☹️

Once again, the kitchen messed up my order. Ordered a half Hawaiian and half meat galore. No pineapple on the pizza ? PLUS just as I was leaving to pick it up I received a phone call saying it would be 6:30 before it was done. Adding another 20 minutes to the time. I’m beyond over this location for ordering pizza.

Not a huge fan of this location. Every time I ordered a pizza I had to wait after it’s confirmed pickup time, sometimes I wait for the entire pizza to be made after I placed my order for a specific pickup time. I’ve placed a few orders from the app for snack items and when I get to the store have to pick them out myself cause nobody did, like what is the point of the app? The other day when I went in to get a few items the cashier was pretty rude for no reason. I’ll drive to Orion to that Casey’s it’s run way better. I don’t want to say it’s all the employees either sometimes the store is run with like 2 people. 1 in the kitchen and 1 at the counter. That doesn’t work. Hire more employees.
