I've been here it good store my house to be here before the building got there and the ice cream shop when I was a kids but glad it gone along weird ghost stuff and bad memories in that house I'd love wipe out of my brain.

Several years ago the Viola location was in complete shambles. It has gradually gotten better and better since Angel became the Manager. She is a hard worker and the staff there currently is much better; some are more helpful than others but overall better. Still a bit understaffed at times but much more organized now. To the store owner: please don’t overwork your staff and make them work understaffed. Workers and customers are happier when store is well staffed with helpful , efficient workers and a tidy store.

Fine place... I have to say this is the best manager yet since 2019, place isn't as packed as it used to be, but I like the self check out but hate it because you can't use coupons there and deals so you have to go through the other and everyone uses the person

Staff is incredibly unhelpful and usually nowhere to be found. Terrible customer service. They should just remove the self-checkout since it hardly ever works. All it does is give the associates an excuse to hide in the back and not help the customers. Will not be shopping here anymore.

Manly large woman working was very rude. If your gonna stare stop breathing heavily and come check us out. Not sure if she breaths heavily because of health or cause she seen our cookies! Shave your beard lady!
