“Anytime Ive ever came in the staff was super helpful and made sure I got what I needed. We have never had issues with our mailman on east monroe. Extremely grateful to have a local post office and decent staff”

“I used to HATE to go to the post office in Morton Grove as the staff was so rude and acted like they were truly doing me a favor. Well, I think all the reviews have changed them, they are much nicer and helpful. Happy they are not so grouchy as they used to be. They get to work in a NICE suburb, nice customers, easy parking and get a lot of benefits, thanks for becoming nicer...”

“Staff is amazing --very friendly & helpful at this location. But, the office hours leave something to be desired, especially if you have counter business in the afternoon during the work week (only open til 2:30 M-F) or Saturdays, (only open 7:30-9:30AM.) The phone is busy a lot, so unless they get a second line, it is nearly as efficient and certainly less frustrating to drive there and ask your questions.”
