Friendly staff my only issue is with bank hours 9 to 3 mon - Friday is not great for people that work till 4 or 5 and no sat is disappointing

Wanted to give a shout out to Diane Decker! Appreciate all she does for me on a regular basis. She is the best! Thanks to everyone at Prairie State Bank. I can't remember ever having a bad experience with any individual that works there.

Virden Branch (Manger) - These bank are no longer for the little people or businesses. a $3.99 charge just cost a 37 fee????? make this make SENSE. 17 years no fees ever and now over $260 in fees that they refused to even try to work with to remove even partial. They just lost 3 accounts this week because of it.

Samantha is Extremely rude and non empathetic for a situation that is 100% the banks fault. Kara was very nice but Samantha needs to work on her people skills. Highly disappointed
