Royell is known for care about customers and taking care of those who are loyal. The service is reliable and has been for many years. Customers in rural area and out in the country get good internet, with speeds up to 5 megs down that are pretty good for where they live. They are quick to respond to issues and very professional, and they start new service. New fiber optic service provides great speeds, no data caps, and friendly customer support that fixes issues quick.

Internet prices are great but we've had more problems since we updated to a newer plan. Still the beat option for us rural folk

We needed an upgrade for our router and service. Ray came and did a fabulous job! He wanted us to be totally happy and kept making sure we were.
