The worst Dollar General I think I've ever been in, Taco Bell garbage lying around,I bought an expired 4th of July cereal for $8 in October, a bag of fish sticks lying on an aisle Shelf spoiling, and just general messiness

I would not give the Virginia IL dollar general any stars.. Bought 3 22lb bags of ice get to the machine it's broke. Manager can't give refund because the cashier threw it away. Only 2 customers after me and they can't find receipt and didn't give my money back??
