I went to the Volo location on 6/13 for the free engine light check. The young man that assisted me was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I had issues with my fuel injector and he recommended a cleaner for me with detailed instructions on how to use it and it worked.
That young man is a gem.

I recently visited AutoZone for assistance with my 2015 Nissan Altima, and I had the pleasure of being helped by an outstanding employee named Tino. I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service he provided.Despite the challenging weather conditions, with the temperature at a bone-chilling 10 degrees, Tino went above and beyond to assist me. He performed a thorough battery test, quickly identifying that I had a faulty battery.Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he also took the initiative to install a new battery for me right there in the freezing weather. His dedication to ensuring that I left the store with a fully functional vehicle made a significant impact on my overall experience.Thank you, Tino, for such a positive experience!

Service is hit or miss. I have gotten the wrong plugs for items quite often. Sadly, you need to do your own research because their help is basically a guess.
