I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and the way I was treated by everyone at this company—from the dispatcher, Jenny, to the technicians who came to my home. They offered effective solutions, took the time to clearly explain my options, and made sure I understood the remedies available. I’ll definitely be using them for all my future HVAC and plumbing needs.

The guys at Good Mechanical are great! Scott, who I later found out was the Owner, and his guy Ty, were out to our house last night (4- 6 pm) to route out a sewer line that came up during a home inspection for a sale. They checked things out from inside, found the exterior clean-out, got into the line and routed out the roots and were done, cleaned up and all set in 2 hours, and that was based on a request made just a couple hours before that! Scott and Ty were as nice, clean and honest as can be! I'm in construction for 38 years and not often I come across guys as hardworking and down to earth as these two! I believe they do plumbing and HVAC work, so if you need something give them a call!! Highly revommend!!

Had a whole house and gauge replacement that I needed done. While they ran a bit late the service they provided was excellent. Paul and Tyler were very knowledgeable able and skilled in their approach. I explained the issue and they knew exactly what they need to do to resolve the issue. These were curtious and respectful of both myself and the wife. The price was fair for the service. Highly recommended and I intend to use them in the future. It's hard to find a plumber you can trust not to screw ya, and do good work to boot. In this case the word "Good" in the company name is totally justified. If you need service I recommend these guys! I was a bit panicked when my drain clogged and water got everywhere (including my AC return). So, I've got a clogged pipe and my AC wouldn't come on. When I called, Jennifer was really kind and helpful to get me on the schedule as soon as possible. The two guys from Good Mechanical Service were friendly and timely. They cleared my pipe and found the issue with my AC (not related to the water, but they were knowledgeable enough to find the problem quickly). The price was very fair and Paul and Tyler are great guys with good personalities. I will definitely be keeping them in my phone for any future Plumbing and HVAC needs.

Communication was excellent, they know what they’re doing. The first plumber showed up (from a different company) and tightened the bolt to the toilet; it still leaked. Scott showed up and looked inside the toilet and fixed the problem straight away. He also explained the problem to me. Highly recommend and will use them again!

Wow....what an awesome experience. Called Good Mechanical Services for several plumbing issues, Paul showed up on time prepared to repair all the issues in a timely matter. Had these guys come out to fix a leaky toilet. About an hour before they showed up (on time) we realized we had a second leak. Then remembered we had a tub faucet to install as well. They took care of everything at a reasonable price, and they were super honest about what we needed. We really appreciate the communication, attitude, and honesty with this team and will definitely be calling them in the future.

We’d been without heat for nearly 2 weeks. I had a home warranty (don’t recommend) they sent out a service company that said there was nothing wrong with my furnace, yet it went out right after they left. Scott was great and was able to find the problem (we wasn’t going to let the furnace beat him) the problem turned to be something that wasn’t even a possible cause as diagnosed by the manufacturer. Thank you Scott and Jennifer for your patience with me and our problem. I don’t think anyone else would’ve solved the problem.
