I showed up with my father and was IMMEDIATELY approached by the sales guy Simon who Greeted us with a firm handshake and attended to our every need with total professionalism. I settled on a super clean 2009 Grand Cherokee with Loredo trim and closed the sale. Took it home and within a week developed an overheating engine. In a panic I contacted the dealership and they set me up with their mechanic who diagnosed the issue "faulty water pump" and fixed it same day along with a new thermostat at no cost to me. I absolutely couldn't be happier with The Jeep and the experience as a whole. Thank you Shults family. You just earned a customer for life.
