I had my wedding at Encore in June and it was such a beautiful night and a wonderful experience working with the Encore team. They take time and care in your event and really work to ensure you are getting everything you want. I was able to speak to the chef to ask questions about the menu and had some specific asks, which they accommodated. They are a great value, especially in an industry where costs can easily get out of hand. they worked with me and made adjustments as needed throughout the almost 2 years from when I signed the contract to my event. The venue is beautiful! I had the Rose room which was perfect for my 75 person wedding. We used the outside gazebo for the ceremony and took pictures on the beautiful golf course. The food was outstanding! All of my guests complimented the food, with some saying it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding! I would happily have another event at Encore. They really were a dream to work with and made planning a large event so easy. Highly recommend if you are looking for a wedding venue!

Attended a baby shower at this beautiful location, and it was the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion. 🌸 We were there to honor a very special young lady and her husband as they prepare to welcome their little one. 💕

This was an absolutely amazing venue. Every single staff member was so helpful and kind, and our event went flawlessly. They allowed me to set up the day before, helped with anything I needed, and had so much fun with us! The outdoor photos turned out amazing.

Recently celebrated my daughter's Sweet 16 at the Willow Grand Ballroom. Wendy was very helpful throughout the planning of the event up until the day of our party. The staff was very attentive, and friendly. The food was delicious! We went with the Italian menu, and it did not dissapoint. Such a beautiful venue. If anyone is looking to celebrate their special day, Encore Events is 100% recommended! The only thing I would suggest/recommend is putting a larger sign with better lighting to direct guests to the Willow Grand Ballroom entrance. A few of our guests got a little lost cause the GPS directed them to the main entrance of the building, but other than that, we were satisfied!

Went for a work holiday party. Room was nicely set, food was absolutely delicious, staff were great. Only problem is it's a little difficult to figure out how to get to the banquet facility from the road. Signage isn't great and there isn't a lot of lights on the road.

Classy, clean place. I arrived early in rain and parked by the front door. Grooms and family were very friendly greeting me. I was directed to downstairs bar for a drink, because reception was 30 minutes after wedding service.
Wedding parlor service was very romantic and filled with their love. Seating and decor were very nice.
Reception went great, with good food and exciting d.j. leading a dance bomb good time! Thank you family, friends, and Encore Events of Wadsworth!

I hosted my birthday party in the Crystal room at Encore and it was perfect for my event. The view was beautiful. Wendy facilitated my planning perfectly and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of. Their overall customer service was exceptional and they exceeded my expectations with all of my requests for decor, etc. I highly recommend booking your events with them. Already planning my next one soon!

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent booking with Encore Events. I had hoped for a positive experience, but unfortunately, my expectations were far exceeded in a negative way. The owner, Monica, was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful during my event in the Willow room. The bar only had one bartender with a line more than half the room, Monica yelled at the bartender for using the larger cups in front of my guests, the DJ was told to lower the music due to neighbor complaints and was playing at a volume of to boombox. However, the Rose room had brought a band that was too loud but took out her frustration with my party as well. That night I learned that previous music complaints with neighbors have been an issue in the past as well. In addition to this there were many other issues during the event and after, as I had to go back several times to obtain my deposit. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel unwelcome and had several complaints from my guests.
I believe that customer service should be a top priority for any business. Unfortunately, my experience with Encore Events has left me feeling disappointed, embarrassed with my guests, and I will not recommend their services to others.
