Fabian was awesome. Great experience buying our Odyssey. Large selection of vehicles, and great professional help. Great communication through text and calls, especially because we were driving close to an hour to go see the vehicle.
***UPDATE***: A few months after buying the car, I got a notice from my bank that the title never arrived. Frustrated, I called Route 41 Budget Auto for an explanation. I was assured paperwork was filed correctly, and title should be showing up. It did not. After final notice from the Bank, Fabian took matters into his own hands. He called the DMV, my bank, and spent hours of his time sorting it out while keeping communication with me. It was determined and error on DMV side, and not R41. Above and beyond customer service! Because of that, I will definitely be reaching out to him for future car purchases. Thanks again, Fabian! 6 stars.

I got a 2013 ford fiesta low miles probably cleaner than when it came of the assembly line and for a good price, in and out of there in 30 minutes on a friday afternoon. Nice employess good service very painless transaction 👍

UPDATE:
After having my car for one month, I made a four hour trip. On the return trip at 45 minutes from my home, the tail pipe dropped off at the center of my car and started dragging at 70 mph on the interstate. It was 5pm in the evening and most service stations were closed. In a panic, I was able to find one place that closed at 6pm and would look at my car. He confirmed that the pipe was completely rusted off at the muffler and quoted me $500 to repair. Super deflating! and definitely making me feel not as optimistic about my vehicle purchase. I'm not sure how this was missed at the dealer inspection and if it was noticed, then it was a conscious decision not to repair it and not relay the information.
If you can, definitely have any vehicles inspected before buying or make sure they tell you what if anything was repaired or needs repairs. We came from out of state to purchase and did not have a third party inspection due to logistics. Lesson learned the hard way and I'm definitely hoping we do not have any more surprises.
I did send an email with my experience in writing and have received no response from the dealer as of this post update.
Previous Review (April 18, 2025) Wonderful experience. Definitely would purchase here again. Teresa and Fabian are gems.
