“These are good people—true stewards—not driven by money, but by a genuine desire to help others. I had a difficult situation recently. I rented a U-Haul for $40 to move a bedroom set for my in-law. The ground was wet, and the truck got stuck in the mud. When I called roadside assistance, I was told it would cost me $480 to get help. That news was devastating. Then, unexpectedly, God intervened. Out of nowhere, the daughter of the owner of The Shop Auto Repair and Services approached me and assured me that her father would help. I was hesitant and honestly shocked by such kindness. Within 10 minutes, her father and brother arrived. They assessed the situation, did the work, and pulled the truck out of the mud onto dry ground. When I tried to pay them, they refused. They said they were simply helping from the heart. This was more than assistance—it was a testimony. A reminder that true service still exists in our communities. I am deeply grateful to this family. As someone new to this city, this experience meant more than words can express. Thank you, The Shop Auto Repair and Services. “I recently made the switch to this company after being referred by my mechanic. Absolutely outstanding, professional and exquisite customer service. I wish I remembered the name of the guy I spoke to on the phone. He was kind, patient… all the good things. My tow guy was Dustin, and he was just as polite, professional and kind. He even smelled good which is wild, and complimented my shirt. What a wild difference from the last company I used. I will continue to use Fox Elite and I will refer anyone I can to use their services. If I could give 6, 7, 8+ stars I would. Thank you so much!”

“I was having issues with a tire of my van, so I pulled into Jerry’s to have it looked at. Within 15 minutes, they had it repaired with a path. And a screw pulled out. I had kiddos in the car, so they let me stay in while they worked and even offered curbside service while paying. Quickest and nicest crew. I hope I don’t have to, but would definitely return here if needed!”

“I'm so grateful for Smitty's making himself available. It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving (our first adverse weather event of the season ?) & my husband & I had car trouble just off the interstate. Not being from the area, I was trying to reach anyone that could help. When I called, he said he was actually closed on Saturdays, but nonetheless, he was willing to come help us out. Thank you so much! ?”

“I took my vehicle there for an estimate on replacing my transmission. The owner was very helpful and gave me a great price. My vehicle was finished within three days, start to finish. I will be using Rob's for all my auto repair in the future. Fast, Friendly service. What a pleasure. Thanks Rob for everything you did to get my car back on the streets in a short amount of time.”

“These guys are basically how we survived a whole year and a half when I didn't have a job!! They basically employ my man lol. Their prices are always fair to my knowledge and they always know what time of the year to lower or higher any of their prices. Also the owner Ron is a great man and so is his son Nick. I don't really know anyone else there besides my cousin. They work just as hard as anyone in my opinion!! Great place for real and you don't get fed with a closed mouth remember that! ?”
