Vernon to evaluate the tire, he then went back and got his tools and removed it, reshaped the rim, and provided a replacement tire so that our son could be on his way to finish his journey cross country. We couldn't be happier with the excellent service, top-notch communication, and fair pricing offered by Bruce in this situation.
