“The personnel are so very helpful and always cheerfully so. It is an amazing amount of pieces of mail, boxes and packages to sort and handle. After moving here in one week I felt as if I had lived here all my life. They take real concern in getting to know the people of the City of Sesser, Illinois. They are remarkable and I do hope that you tell them so. (We just sent in corrections for their desk hours which were all incorrect. Hope that gets taken care of soon. I missed mailing a package on time due to the incorrect desk hours. Thank you.)”

“This Post office is staffed by a group of great employees. They are knowledgeable, polite and professional. They also possess the patience needed to deal with the public and their never-ending questions. Neat, clean and well designed, with 24 hour access to your PO Box. Besides, where else can you send a letter almost anywhere in the United States within two to three days for $0.50? Nowhere! UPDATE: I shipped a flat rate box yesterday. It was quick, easy, and inexpensive. I believe I will use flat rate boxes and envelopes moving forward. All of the shipping supplies are free. The convenience and cost are outstanding. You can also fill out the shipping label online, pay for your shipment, and print out your shipping label at home along with ordering your free supplies.”
