Great place for all of your household needs, as well as tools, plenty of grills of all sizes and types. Staff is always around and ready to help for any project you take on. Very helpful. I couldn't find any help at the big box stores.

I love the selection at this place. They have a variety of tools and hardware. I recently moved to the area so I have been needing some things for my new place. But I really dislike how I get treated. They may have had issues in the area with theft (it’s my thinking). Because every time I shop here everyone makes me feel sooooo uncomfortable - except the cashiers (they’re cool) they usually never leave their general area when I’m there. But then every corner I turn I see an employee there looking at me / approaching me asking me if I’m doing okay. Next isle 2 minutes later a new employee approaches me. Few isles down, again, another employee or the same one that had already approached me. “Did you find the plumbing you already have in your hand” Seriously? If you’re that worried about theft, harassing your customers is not the way to go. I guarantee that I will make the effort to stop at the West Chicago ACE down the street if this continues.

From the first phone call to locate a hard-to-find item to picking up our item which was unboxed and assembled to loading it in our vehicle, every employee was unfailingly helpful and pleasant. Giving this place 5 stars only because I can't give 6 or 7. Kudos, Warrenville Ace!

There aren't too many stores that will give you their 100%-undivided attention these days..! Within a few moments of entering the store, I was greeted, directed to the aisle for my supplies, and the friendly young man was cutting me a piece of copper pipe.. Do yourself a favor and skip the big box places..!
