This has to be the worst banking experience I've ever encountered in my life?. There are third world banks with more usability.Your ATM card is just that, an ATM card, not a debit card. Debit card? What's that?Good luck withdrawing more than $200 a day from any ATM. Want to transfer funds online to another bank? NOPE can't do that neither. Want to visit our ONE branch building in illinois and withdraw your money? Sure, our hours are: 8am to Closed before you get here.Btw please remember to keep a monthly direct deposit into your account or we'll charge you for our services ?. Who owns this place?

Great credit union. Used by unions in Chicago. Always friendly staff. Nice mobile application for checking balances, transferring money and depositing checks with your phone camera

I walked inside to cash a check written by Dorothy Brown's office and was immediately told I could not cash that particular check at this location. Instead, I must take the check to downtown Chicago branch to have it cashed. Considering there are only two locations. The check written did not disclose where I could or could not cash it. The check clearly says "Amalgamated Bank of Chicago." Since I live in DuPage County I chose to cash the check in Warrenville. Not sure if it was the color of my skin or Dorothy Brown's account as to why I was immediately told that the check was no good in Warrenville
