“This store is great if looking to add some pizazz to the home or crafty/decorative gifts for the kids. Usually there are 50% off sales for framed art that make the trip extremely worthwhile. The Star Wars appliances are a huge bonus! Seasonal decorations are everything and whatever picture frame size you need, they have!”
“After having an online order canceled without explanation, the Naperville store was next called to locate the seasonal item. Was told they had item & would hold it, yet upon driving there, was disappointed that it could not be found. Talked to "Dave" there who went out of his way to get it shipped from another store in another state - Much appreciated that he turned it into a positive experience.”

“I live in an over 55 Community & recently started going to the Glass Arts Club here. In order to finish a project I needed COE90 and searched every craft store I could find. They sold glass, but had no idea what I was looking for. Several friends said I had to go to Ed Hoy's-- I would think I was at a Disney World of Glass! What a helpful & informative experience.
