“Grant and team were great! My wife and I had been trying for a month to get Excel Automotive in St Charles to call us back to fix our window. Grant answered when I called him, didn't require me to fill out a ridiculous online quote like Safelite and others require, and Country was less expensive than Safelite. The window Country ordered was broken when Grant went to pick it up, so he called me a communicated a change in date. In a world where customer service has been pushed to chatbots and automated phone tree prompts, it's refreshing to get an actual phone call or text message with an update. “Aaron & entire Gerber staff very friendly, I brought them a replacement passenger side mirror, plastic housing, built in directional, that came painted black, they Matched the paint on new mirror perfectly, this on a vehicle that’s a weathered 2012. New mirror installed and one could never tell the mirror has been replaced. Nice job Gerber!”

“These guys are a well-oiled machine! Frank is easy to work with and straightforward. I had a small crack repair in the fall. My son just suffered a large crack necessitating a windshield replacement on a drive up from the southeast. Had to get it replaced before he turned around to head back, and that was done with 2 days notice.
The two man team that replaced the window were quite clearly proficient and efficient. After they left, the second team arrived to calibrate the lane departure sensors, also a knowledgeable and competent team.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again, and I trust them!”

“Someone broke my window, so my wife took the car to get a new one, but the person who repaired didn't vacuum the broken glasses, causing the window lift to break and the window wouldn't go up anymore.
I was in Aurora this weekend, so I stopped by this store, and they explained the dirty tricks those people had done. I asked them to fix it, and they did a great job here, quickly, and at a very good price.

“Bob and his team at Commercial Car & Glass did a wonderful job installing a new windshield and new instrument cluster in my 1959 Cadillac Sedan deVille 4-Window Hardtop. They took the time to properly remove the old windshield, then prep and treated the windshield frame before installing the gasket seal and new windshield. They also took the same care to remove the dashboard and carefully replaced the instrument cluster. They provided me with exceptional service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Commercial Car & Glass Co., Inc. They do great work!”

“This Gerber team at this shop is exceptional: Klaudia, Jake, and Don. They helped me through a very difficult, stressful time with my Volkswagen Tiguan that was damaged by a U-Haul. They answered all of my questions numerous times throughout the entire process. They patiently waited until I had communication from U-Haul in getting the repairs completed.
