“I had a power washer tip over and spill oil on a spot of carpeting in my van. The smell was so bad that the car was undrivable. I brought it in to get a spot cleaning treatment. They told me to bring it in again if it still smells in few days. I did just that because I’m desperate to make my car safe to drive around young children. They spent a lot of time cleaning the area the second time around. I’m grateful they came up with a customized treatment plan for my problem and I’m very glad to say I didn’t smell oil at all today. They really helped alleviate my stress!”

“I just wanted to share my experience with Sudz car wash. I’ve had a membership with them for almost 6 months washes have been great and even when equipment failed they were ready and willing to detail my car by hand. Today I went in to change my membership due to selling my other SUV and Mohammed was very helpful in transferring my membership over to new car. I mentioned I may need 2 washes due to being very dirty he said don’t worry pull around and we’ll take care of it. He definitely did!!! “STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I am not sure what the recent posts are about but I can tell that I am EXTREMELY PICKY about my car and I brought it here and I am TOTALLY SATISFIED. Background-I was an idiot and had a bucket of water in my passenger front seat and took a u-turn too hard which spilled out 3/4ths of the bucket into the carpet in my brand new car. Yikes! I did bring it to another detailer to have the situation handled but after about 3 months, I could smell that funky, musty smell. Seriously? Enter DETAIL KINGS. I booked an appt and spoke with David who was very understanding and seemed interestered in helping me. I decided to trust them and it was a GREAT decision. No smell and my car looked great. Thank you so much David and team for caring about my car.”

“I've been using this car wash for years even after moving away from the area. There are a range of options. While not extremely expensive this isn't a cheap basic car wash. I like that there are no brushes running over my vehicle and the cars are hand dried at the end .”
“Overall, the detail was great! Everything was cleaned very well especially because my car needed lots of work. The only complaint I had about the detail was that my car seats were soaking wet and left my car smelling like wet dog. I know there is no possible way to completely dry seats prior to them giving the car back, but it was horrible and I barely wanted to drive my car. Now, there were some things done operationally with the receptionist Cindy that made this an unpleasant experience.
1. When I booked my appointment, I got a confirmation email that it was scheduled for a specific date. When I realized that I was unable to make it on the scheduled date I contacted them to reschedule. I spoke with Cindy and she stated that I didn't have an appointment for that date. After some searching, she stated that it was scheduled for the following day and it was an error on their part. Perfect! No problem, I changed my schedule to accommodate. The following day, I had an appointment run over and needed to reschedule. I spoke with Cindy again and verbatim she said "didn't you reschedule once already?" I said no and explained the situation. So then I got an appointment for that Thursday.
2. Upon arrival things went well, gave them my car and they said it would take some time because they were backed up. No problem, I was excited to get my car detailed from them because my sister had a good experience.
3. The detail is stated to take 1.5-2 hours. My appointment was at 11 am and that's when I arrived, my car wasn't completed until 2:30pm. When Cindy called to tell me that my car was done, she stated verbatim " we charged you an additional $25 because there was dog hair and some hard stains." I thought how could you just charge me without my knowledge. So, when I arrived to pick up my car, I was thinking the total would be $175. She stated, the total was $200. I asked for her to explain. She stated that my car was a compact SUV and it was an additional $25. Ok, I understand that, so I then let her know that I only had $175 total to pay for my detail because I wasn't aware that I would be charged an additional $25 for the dog hair and stains. She immediately got defensive and said "do you know how hard it is to clean those seats?" Once again, I'm thinking no I don't because I don't detail cars. So, I said, I understand the charges, but operationally, you could have given me a call PRIOR to charging me for the dog hair/stains etc. so that I could be prepared for the cost or let you know if I wanted that service for the additional cost. She continued to go on about how it was a long day and they lost power etc. and I'm thinking that has nothing to do with me. I then told her, I only have the cash I was going to pay for the service which was $175 and that was all she could charge me because I didn't agree to the additional $25 cost. She said well it's on the sign outside that we could charge more and I understand that, but I said "Cindy, you could've simply called to let me know, just because you can charge, doesn't mean that I shouldn't be notified of the charge". She said "fine I'll just charge you the $175." I said, you're right that's all you can charge.
Now, once again, I think overall they did a good job, but if a client is going to be charged more because of a service, they should be contacted to let them know of the additional charge.”

“TAS is truly like no other! I called them a couple hours before they closed with an emergency. I was in an automatic car wash and somehow my trunk got popped open and instantly flooded with water. I had no idea what to do and on such a short notice I had low expectations. However, they were more than happy to help and assured me they could take care of me. As soon as I arrived they welcomed me and got right to getting all the water out of the trunk. Even though they were closing soon, they did not rush and took their time with the process. You guys were truly life savers. I will 100% be coming back for a full detail and will send everyone their way! Thank You guys once again!”

“I had an epic experience at Elite Car Wash Detail. If I'm being embarrassingly honest, my van was pretty dirty and gross - kid spills and crumbs, years of dog hair, exploded diet coke stains, sand and dirt from horse work - I was pretty certain that it could be cleaned up a bit, but that we had done some permanent damage to the interior. Well...suffice to say I was blown away. My van looks BRAND NEW!! Not only did they do an incredible job, but they were so nice and kind and clearly very proud of the work they do. We will be back with our truck, and I'll be back with my van. I HIGHLY recommend this business!”

My car had issues and I literally had it back the next day with the exhaust and the power steering fixed and even an oil change. “My second time using this place. Fun, honest, & knowledgeable team. What's most important to me is; I feel confident that I'm getting good value for my dollar.
I had a rear differential that needed replacement (not immediate, but the car was jumping around corners). My longtime mechanic was estimating $6k parts and labor. These guys got it done for MUCH less. Car runs like a dream now, and I've got a new mechanic to boot!

“So far it is the best car wash I have been to here in Illinois I come from Florida but I think they can improve even more the vacuum has good power and that is perfect they should adapt blowers I say this as a personal opinion I always like to blow the engine a little dirt, I will continue going anyway, the machines are well calibrated and do their job well”
