I Made a +$1k cash deposit for bills & they’re holding my money for 2 days!? Wont let me withdrawal $0 ... horrible. I just gave you $1400 & I cant use my own money!? they broke my deposit into 4? Smaller Deposits (why? ?) raising a flag from my bank. The deposit was verified. Dont deposit $$ here!? Imagine me telling the bank ? they have to wait 2 days for their cash. Total b.s. very unprofessional & unhelpful w/ an attitude. Give me my money!

Disappointed. I've only been a customer for a few months but getting access to MY money is more difficult than ever . The app is always Down or has problems allowing my login Information. Since there is no branch close to me I rely on sister branches/ATMs to withdraw my money , which isn't an issue except when I go to transfer or pull money from savings , it says I do not have a savings account or it's not able to complete the transaction. Further frustration ensues because I can never reach an actual person to talk to about these issues. I think I made a huge mistake opening my account here. Now I have to wait until Monday to speak with someone just to access my own cash.

If a single star were available, I would choose it. I once loved CAFCU but have not used the services in years - and now I know why. It is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to a) get thru to them on the phone and b) when you do, you are given the third degree about who you are. My membership goes back to 1979 when the branch was local and the service was AWESOME. Now, it's clear that Corporate has taken over and made it so policy driven that it makes it virtually impossible to do business without any stress. I called merely to ask for assistance with my husband's HSA card, which has only $19.06 on it. Understand they are unable to give me info about someone else's information however "I" am the member, not my husband. He merely shares my benefits. After waiting 15 mins to reach a rep and then 10 identifying myself, all I got was direction for my husband to call and suspect he would also spend 25 minutes inquiring about 19.06. I plan to end my relationship with CAFCU and I suspect they don't care. We get better service with the BIG banks now. Bye Bye CAFCU

Run! Keep running! I have had my account here almost 8 years! Applied for personal loan - with my direct deposit-they could not do it! Applied for used car loan - they could not do it!! Not much that they do do for members!! Except charge overdraft on -$1.11!! Really! nice to b a member here-not! Will switch very soon to another Credit Union that helps its members! Not just make money off of them!

i have had my account here for almost a year and really have never had a complaint and really like the way my account is set up. They have a easy to use online system. Each time i have a question they are very professional and helpful. The rewards program for the checking account has helped my little family so much. I have had almost a extra $100 in less than a year. i recommend banking here!
