Went on Monday Nov 7th to open a checking account. The short personal banker lady was rude and appeared biased. Left me feeling terrible and regretting coming to this branch. The other folks were quite nice and polite though.

This is not my usual branch I got to, but I was in the neighborhood and needed some assistance. The bank tellers are so friendly and personable. I highly recommend this branch. Thank you! ?

Atm was down no sign, no cars in drive thru. Waiting 30 minutes in drive up. Totally not acceptable. I'm waiting now still.

We are moving from out of state and Ms. Zinnia Dan has been wonderful with helping us set up accountsand transferring funds. She has provided us with outstanding customer service. She is a real asset to this bank.

Zinnia Dan is very professional personal banker to help open accounts. The banking center manager Jesus Aguirre is very professional and very helpful. The banking center is very clean and full of holidays decorations and make you feel like the holiday season is here. I will recommend this banking center to friends and family.

They need to get more help if they can't handle it if it is busy. My wife waited for 20 minutes on drive thru and only person there in drive thru.

I was waiting for more than 10 minuets to make a drive through deposit without any one waiting at drive through and inside of bank. This is a terrible service which I never encountered at Chicago and Westmont branches. I gave it one star because there is no zero star options.

Horific customer service experience. The online banking system showed bills I sent out as paid incorrectly. An overdraft fee of $200 was applied and the bank would not work with me. Their management was rude and uncaring about the confusion of their online system and I chose to leave the bank. CHASE bank is a breath of fresh air compared to 5th Third. STAY AWAY form 5th Third!
